Chroma crafting components bug

There is a bug where chroma doesnt not require:

-Chroma chassis

-Chroma systems

-Chroma neuroptics 

but rather requires:

-Chroma chassis

-Chroma systems

-Volt neuroptics

I am prety sure that this is not how the chroma warframe is supposed to be made

That is a benevolent bug. Someone in the Dev team wants more people to be Chroma, clearly.
DE should make it so that, if you complete a Questframe Quest and have either sold the blueprints or built the frame and then sold, you could buy all the parts (unless it's farmable, like Nidus, Octavia and Harrow), especially the blueprints.

I misread that. Volt Neurops are from Clan Dojo. Join a Clan.
Chroma requires a few other frame parts to build.

i have all the parts, including the chroma neuroptics, i was about to build chroma but i cant atm. and i am not currently in a dojo so i dont have volt neuroptics either, i am rather dissapointed to be honest.
