All artifacts are delivered to her and we get some crummy mods, all capture targets she questions, she's particularly fond of assassinations and creating major havoc, she dispatches tenno on missions and there's no one else in charge but her. Her task was probably something along the lines of keeping the Orokin safe. After the old war, all of them were killed off, and only the security system remained (Tenno).
