Mutalist Alad V Broken?

He's moon walking everywhere backwards, he never fires his gun, and recharges his whole shield before he decides to do anything with his collar so any progress I make is negated. His collar zap lasts for half a second and so does his barrier. His throws just stun me cause I'm solo and I'm an Oberon Prime with a perma-renewal so I never die either. Am I in purgatory?

 

As I type this I'm afk while a runner beats on me.

Edit: I decided to just start walking away and as he tried to follow me out into the rest of the map he feel out the map and I won

I use rhino and a decent weapon and just run in there and kill him. He does stall but he eventually dies. It’s easier to do in a group but during solo I just run armored rhino with a little roar and kill everything around him including him. Never gave me any issues.

It was mostly that his invul never dropped for more than a half second.
