Can´t access english/NA chat while the game´s client is in another language

Its expected to play the game in a certain language configured on launcher/client (different from english. Portuguese for example) and be able to access english/North America chat, even in Options menu the Region defined/set to North America.

But it is not happening. I can access North America´s/english chat only if the launcher/client is set to english too.

Is this expected behavior for that config?

I wanna to play the game in another language, but being able to access chat in english or other desired language.

The NA/english chat is very interesting because of big number of players staying there, increasing the chances for recruiting missions, specially trading, etc.

Note: sorry if there are some misunderstanding in this topic or game´s funcionality.

That's a feature - each language have is own chat . So if you want a english chat you have to use English client.
