GA-Bulletproof
So how do i know this is the case. Well i have played with clan mates that all have decent rigs or Laptops where this problem didn't show up. Going into pub runs when i have set the matchmaking to 125ms ping is the best indicator when you get a bad host. If you load in and the ping jumps up my fps drops accordingly. So this means the game is waiting for some information from the host to render? But it seems to also work the other way around if i am the host and a bad client joins. This is very VERY obvious on the plains. While i usually have above 60fps on 4K with a good "host" a bad host with a decent ping will give me ~45fps. The next major update really needs to look at performance especially concering public matchmaking and render priorities.
