Visual Questions: Avatars & New Skins

Hi there.  I have two simple questions that I've been trying to find the answers for...

 

1) Just how would I go about getting an excalibur prime avatar?  Is it part of the pack, since I don't seem to have gotten one from getting the prime itself?

 

2) WIth the new camo skins for Grineer weapons, are you able to freely change the camo colors, or are they stuck as is?

1. It was a glitch using the 1 time reset, and has since been fixed. So it is unavailable.

 

2. You mean the colour pallet? Or is there actually camo skins? I dont remember that part of the notes XD

You are, but it's kind of hard to see the camo part of the camo skin unless you select the right colors.
