Even if you happen to spawn* near it and it uses its skill. At first your shields would go to 0 then HP and boom. You are dead. But I have to agree that 100% unavoidable damage IS very strong (like Ignis). But now it is kinda ok. You can always just kill Vanari,s she stops often and has low HP.
