Hellooo everyone, recently I have bought an computer wich came with and Nvidia Geforce 8800 Ultra... And since the new update I'm crashing all the time into the desktop while I can hear the game running and controll my character.. following that and window pops-up telling me to report

And told me to contatct support with this code : WAR-75604

I don't know if I posted this on the right place, but I really need help finding what's this problem... I don't have this kind of trouble in other games :s

Best Regards ShadoZzz

My friend recently started having a lot of crashes.  He's traced it back to some recent windows updates and rolling back to the last windows version helped him.

I'd wait to hear from DE on the crash code, but you may wish to check if a recent windows update has occurred.

Ho ShadoZzz,

We are currently in the process of investigating this issue. In the meantime I just have a few suggestions for you.

1. Check that your video card drivers are up to date. According to the Nvidia Support page your most recent drivers should be version 320.49 (http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/63458). You can also try the 326.41 beta drivers to see if it alleviates the crashes. (http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/64633)

2. You might also want to make sure that you are running the most recent version of DirectX. (http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=35). It is my understanding that if you are running the Steam client that it should automatically update you to the most recent version, but it doesn't hurt to be certain. It also eliminates the possibility of something being missing or corrupt with your current configuration.

3. If all else fails then you may want to take a look at this list (https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/64026-diagnosing-system-crashes) and see if you can find anything that could be of use to you.

We will continue to monitor the situation and hopefully track down the culprit if it is indeed something on our end.

Thanks a lot!

I feel your pain.  I crash SEVERAL times a day and I too have an older nVidia 9800m GTX in my laptop. Its completely random at times.  I can be just chillin in the menu area and crash out the same exact way you do. I REALLY do hope the root of this problem is found sooner rather than later!

  • 2 weeks later...

Today I crashed again, I'm starting to think it's a problem by Using Ash.. because everytime I crash I'm using Ash not another Warframe.. Also noticed that at the Dojo the temperature of my GPU sky rocks '-' wich is quite weird since when in game the temperature stays at 72-74º but at the Dojo 80º+ still going up! Makes me wonder since in game it as much more effects than inside the Dojo
