Ability to trade riven transmuters

Ahoy, I've come up with the suggestion of tradable riven transmuters. I'm sitting with 116 which I know I'll never use, and I know people that can't do eidolon hunts that would love to use them.

Or better yet make them only consume ONE riven ... so they might actually be useful.  Especially for those of us that get 5-10 transmuters per riven - when if they were at all useful, that ratio would be reversed.

Or allow us to sell them for credits.  Or endo.

Or change their function so they can change the polarity of rivens instead of transmuting them.

Or create categories of them so you can have one that guarantees rifle/pistol/melee/shotgun.
