Game freezes for couple of seconds every time I exit modding screen in the Arsenal. Only happens when multi threading is enabled. (video demo)

It freezes and I just noticed that the screen also flickers slightly. Happens whenever you exit Arsenal, change mod loadout, exit mod loadout and sometimes when you simply open the mod menu.

And this only happens when multi threading is enabled. It's buttery smooth when it's disabled. I also tried disabling 2 of my cores (i5 2500k @ 4,6ghz, 4 cores no HT) and tried different memory speeds but they didn't have any effect.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We have been able to reproduce this locally and we are currently working on a fix. Unfortunately we do not yet have an ETA on when you can expect this fix to go live, but we hope to have it released in a timely manner.
