BrokenBullet Posted May 17, 2018 Share Posted May 17, 2018 (edited) I was doing a capture mission on Uranus, and I ran into one of the rooms where you need to disable the large water pipe to climb up it. When I got hit by the water, I got teleported back to the bottom, and this got stuck permanently on my screen.
