Can't Build New Obstacle Course (Insufficient Space)

I made new hallways to make this new course and I cant even build it. Attached are a couple pictures.

If you look at the little minimap while I try to build it, the Orokin lab is not seen, Just the Corpus Lab. Unless the minimap is incorrect, if thats the case it needs to be updated with the proper size and show more of the map. Aside from that It does not look like its overlapping anything. Also, if you notice I cannot build a reactor either.

I've noticed it's larger than a level... which is irritating... I was going to have mine in place of my old one, but I think the Observatory in the same spot one level higher is stopping it being built.

If that's the case they need to add a notification stating WHAT is obstructing it from being built. Hey, now that's a neat idea for a QoL update for the Dojo.
