Stephano (Uranus) Void/T3 Map Selection

Now that we have the new map for Stephano - how (and when) is the map selected?

Is it random at the start of the mission? (so restarting the mission would give another chance at getting the new map)

Is it random when the mission becomes available and fixed for the duration?

Or is it predetermined by some sort of rotation?

 

There is no way to tell which map we get before starting the mission. And the old map has not gotten any better...

The new Uranus map is more random at the start. I've played defense and interception there for a while and i seen the old map pop up more often than the new one. I would play one mission that's a defense or interception at the new map and when i play it again after a little while, i would get the old map.
