Hi I'm looking for the Soundfile of the Grineer Regulator, just think it'd make a neat message tone. 

 

Anyone else have a decent file ? I can't be the first to want this.

use audacity to record all sounds, then  cut the part you need.

This is working great, thank you, I've never used Audacity to record. now the only issue is background noise. Specifically the wind whistling though the caverns ambiently, they seem to be using the same sound volume as the SFX

i have not been playing with this tool for over 2 years, so im a bit outdated, bute there was some plugins to auto-split recorded part into separate tracks.

 

I'm total newbie and amateur if it comes to task like that, so hopefully one of more experienced audio-editors will be able to help you.

No worries, I'll try and one that's not outdoors and work with that. 

 

Last night none of them would spawn in the level, it was getting annoying, the only time I needed them to be around.

Not possible. OP you could try using noise reduction tools, but results will not be the best if you don't know what your doing, but might be passable if it is just for your phone.
