Is this a bug or a new feature? I'm not 100% sure sacrificial mods are supposed to be equipped on Archwing melees. 
If it was intentional, the set bonus does not seem to apply when both mods are slotted in.

Bug reproduction:

Arsenal > Mode > Archwing > Archwing melee Upgrade button > slot the mods in.
