No Interception Timer Or Console For Client

Not sure is it just me but a lot of time I load into an interception mission not able to see the timer as well as all the consoles are not there, so I have absolutely no idea how many percent it is. The only clue is based on the tower's icon changing color from red to white to blue. 

Sometimes I even cannot see the ABCD on the side of the mini-map, so again cannot tell if enemies are going to take over a tower. This bug has been going for a long time already. Perhaps die to latency issue. Please fix it somehow.
