Razer_Angel21 Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 In addition to my 2nd recent post about the 3 mods....i just wanna see your opinions on my build on excal...suggestions and criticisms are welcome...these are my mod cards(besides the abilities of course)equipped by my excal and all of them are maxed out-Redirection,Fast Deflection,Streamline,Focus,Continuity,Flow,Energy Siphon....and i am looking towards getting that pendragon for my abilities to have a lil bit more power...tahahaha..i am always missing the alerts.. Slurmageddon Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 (edited) Streamline never really did much for me and with Cally youre gonna be using low-cost powers a lot (slash-dash spam) so, with flow, I'd say you could swap your streamline out for something with a bit of utility.
