Any idea on why so many of the ION warframe skins have not made it into the game yet?

I think there's just something wrong with the skins on a technical level. That's usually the case, perhaps just a bit too messy. Several players including me have given him feedback on his skins, tho it's up to him to take that feedback gracefully.
