Can't unlock apostasy prologue

Have just finished Chains of Harrow and already finished Saya's vigil and already received the transmission from palladino. still haven't unlocked apostasy prologue, i restarted and got the transmission from palladino but i received nothing from it, I don't know if this is a bug but i restarted again and even verified download cache and still.... no apostasy prologue I don't know what to do anymore

Yep and even kneeled on it like 10 times to make sure Edit: have just kneeled after this reply and it took me somewhere thanks!

Assuming you have built it and the Chains of Harrow quest is registered as complete, you should be able to start it. If not, it is bugged. I never had the issue, so no idea what the solution is. Sometimes a simple "wait until the next daily reset" is sufficient.

My son had this problem last night - he left the personal quarters, looked in his codex, then walked back in to the quarters and the quest marker appeared at the kneel spot. Dunno if this will work for you, but hope it helps!
