Chat server not working

Can somebody help? I just login to warframe and I wanted to play a match with my friend , but for some reason the chat said "failed to connect to chat server", I tried to re-login the game couple times, but it still doesn't works,can somebody explain what is happening?

Chat servers are down for maintenance.

Again? Their Twitteraccount still doesn't have any news, other than that the original maintenance was 15h ago. 

For me, the Chat eventually starts to work after about 15min of waiting.
