My Chroma Kit Rework Suggestion

This is my Chroma kit rework suggestion.

1) Spectral Scream (25 Energy)
- Tap to change elements between Heat, Cold, Electricity and Toxic (0 Energy required)
- Hold down to make Chroma unleashe a wide blast of elemental energy in a conical wave hitting multiple enemies.
- All enemies hit by the wave are dealt 500 damage with whatever elemnt is active along with a 100% status proc.
- Afterburn Augment now makes Spectral Scream deal 60% more damage on an enemy for each ELEMENTAL proc said enemy currently has active.

2) Elemental Ward (50 Energy)
- Pretty much no change.
- Follows the element set by Spectral Scream.
- If Spectral Scream is used to change elements while this ability is active, this ability does not change elements until its re-cast.

3) Vex Armor (75 Energy)
- No longer has armor buff effect from Scorn but instead has straight up damage reduction upon activation.
- Gives Chroma 50% damage reduction for both health AND shields that scales with Power Strength.
- Damage reduction caps at 95%.
- Fury now gains weapon damage bonus whenever Chroma's health and/or shields get damaged.

4) Effigy (10 Energy)
- Effigy itself (the armor) has no changes.
- Follows the element set by Spectral Scream.
- Once Chroma removes his "weighted" armor, he gains 1% Power Strength for each second Effigy stays active.
- He gains Power Strength infinitely until this ability is deactivated in which case his Power Strength goes back to normal.

5) Dragon Rage (Passive)
- Chroma has a built in maxed out Rage mod.
