Stalker Drop Rate Broken?

I don't know if its just my bad luck or what but

Today I've encountered 4 Stalkers total (1 mine, 3 is on luck upon joining others' games).

So here's the problem.

We've killed 2 and scared 2 Stalkers. All dropping nothing but 1 Material and 1 Mod. And all the mods are friggin' Slash and Dash. 

 

Anyone having issues like me?

I got my 4th Dread from him today. I don't think the drop rates are broken. Maybe its RnG playing tricks on you? Anyways, don't give up and keep on trying :)

I've killed more than 20 Stalkers and haven't seen a single drop.

I went through about 10 stalkers before I finally found a despair, still no hate though. Lots of dreads, and fusion/slash dash mods. Wish the dreads sold for more... Doesn't seem broken, but the RNG can be a pain, seems to favor the dread and common mods over anything else.

About 8 dreads so far, no mods, no dispair, no hate.

Maybe one hate in me, as he managed to land that slash dash on me :D

 

Is it possible that drop depends on weapon you use against him, I killed him so far only with Latron and Dread, maybe thats why I had only dread so far. Maybe I should use only Kunai to kill him next time to get dispair and even to get personal with sword to get Hate blueprints !?
