Game crashing at cetus

I've got a strange situation here, My game crashes whenever I try to load Cetus on warframe. Plains of eidolon work just fine, and also when my game closes nothing freezes or the screen doesnt go black it just closes the window normally and the "hardware fail message appears". I've tried verifying and optimizing my download cache through the launcher, half way through the launcher says "update failed" and another "hardware failed message pops, and if i keep my warframe launcher open it keeps opening more hardware failed tabs. during the writing of this post ive literally had more than 7 "hardware failed" messages pop up while writing this. I can't update my drivers because one of my other games would crash because of a bug with their newer drivers. I'll try updating them and see if its been fixed. So now i cant play warframe.

GPU: rx 460 4g graphics card
