Stuck in endless fade to black respawn

I did a mission on Eris - Isos and failed to jump across a small gap because I got stuck in a staircase, which caused me to fall down and trigger the fade to black out of bounds respawn, except it respawned me back into the void constantly.

Tried using /unstuck twice to no avail, dying didn't help either as I was still spawning out of bounds, had to forcibly shut down the game in order to get out of it since I couldn't even open the menu to quit mission.
