Pigments in the plains need a buff

The pigments that drop from the plains seem to not match up with the total amount needed for completion. Im in a storm clan and the devar grey need 4000 but only drop in bundles of 5 and thats with the low droprate. Maybe 1 out of 15 of the targets will actually drop the pigment. Either droprate, amount dropped, or amount needed needs to be adjusted cause this pigments don't seem to have a fair grind compared to the others.

...it really does need some kind of buff considering the spawn rate for each enemy, the PoE dyes are basically Hema 2.0... absolutely horrible for moon clans.

Tower White from Condrocs is also still bugged, they only drop dye when they AREN'T flying.
