Zanuka Hunter Spawn Bugged? What Else Is Affected?

I am now afraid to start ANY mission no matter what fraction it belongs to. Why? Cause: hunting for sinthesis target for Simaris' daily task on Grineer location (Draco, Ker - Deception, Grineer) I met synthesis target attacking Corpus Crewman (which is not allowed to even exist anywhere outside Crossfire and Corpus locations!), for a moment it didn't bother me, but couple seconds later my screen blinks, which means Zanuka Hunter is there and I get the message it is after me. I have been running solo and I had no Stalker or G3 marks, so you can imagine my confusion.

 

So, here is the question: It is normal and happens to others or is considered as bug?

I believe this is not a bug. You're just very lucky/unlucky.

 

During a mission, there's a VERY small chance for another faction to "invade" the level, they will fight whoever is present and then become the enemy's in the lv for the remainder of the mission. For me, this happens more often in the derelict.

 

Since your mission was considered "corpus" it affected zanuka spawns.

it's remotely possible that the Faction Invasion (the Chance for this really should go up! makes the game feel more like an active world) caused Harvey Dent to be capable of Spawning.

 

which would be pretty neat IMO.
