    Should I Remove these before Empyrean?

    Since our Orbiters are getting an interior redecoration. I was wondering if I should remove my decorations on my wall behind the Arsenal. I only ask because in the Tennocon reveal I noticed the wall behind that is much Flatter and Im concerned i might lose my Decorations I have back there. being "absorbed" into the wall and consequently unable to interact with in Decoration mode because of their new position. If you get what I'm saying.
    To help, heres the wall in question:

    This is not a 'flex' of my wall, kinda, I know people have much more impressive things but this is my thing i spent my time on and Im proud of it. Hence my concern. I REALLY do not want to lose those Sculptures because of something like this. So please help me out here. I know i could just remove them to be safe. But I cannot tell you how much time I spent on that wall, and how much more difficult it has become to place them since a certain update to how you decorate came out. So just answer these few questions for me so I know how to Proceed.

    1. when our Orbiters interior are changed will decorations be "absorbed" into a wall or Shunted to the surface?

    2. If Absorbed, will there be an option to just simply select an area and remove/manipulate decorations that were selected?

    3. If no option exists to select an area, and I miss the opportunity to remove the decorations before the update. Will the Devs be willing to help me recover them?

    Remove Ropalolyst From Star Chart

    And if they decide to separate it solely for the purpose of being able to launch Extractors to Jupiter but still lock out Arbitrations. I'd be more than fine with that

    I Digress, I feel as though that the Ropalolyst Boss being a key node for Jupiter is an oversight, and still suggest it be corrected in the above mentioned ways. It's not as if DE is above making such a mistake. Things change, sometimes for the better.

    In all Honesty, when I could do Arbitrations I very seldom did. since its release, I can probably count on one hand how many times I have done them. 

    It should be important to note, that despite how many times you do the one fight on Eris to Farm for Mesa, it never stops blinking Blue and yet you are still able to do Arbitrations. So keep that in mind.

    Remove Ropalolyst From Star Chart

    While it is Obvious that I have a bit of an ulterior motive to this, I only bring it up nowbecause  it has only occurred to me recently while escorting my Wife through the Star Chart and her desire to launch Extractors, That you cannot do so for quite some time on Jupiter. From my understanding, some time after you complete the Sedna and possibly Eris Junctions. Is the Earliest you can unlock it after completing the quests unlocked so deep within the Star Chart.

    It just strikes me as weird that this fight isn't more restrictive on how to get to it as well, Why isnt it like the Two on Eris? Why isn't The Boss fights on Pluto and Sedna Similarly separated? The Pluto Boss especially since you farm the Nav cords for it just as you would farm the Nav Cords for Fight on Eris.

    While I can see a distinction as to why most are this way, it isn't so clear for others. So I merely suggest that another pass go over how these are structured within the star Chart to account for newer players whos progression varies wildly but it is clear that one should not have to wait to launch Extractors(Or be unable to do Arbitrations) simply because they are going at it at their own pace or otherwise.

    Simply Detach all Boss Fights or Others, that require you to farm nav coordinates for that specific node, from the Star Chart progression that would otherwise limit Deployment.

    DE shouldn't have removed alerts away completely

    I have had a lot of reservations about Nightwaves, but it wasnt until now that I have had a problem. Don't get me wrong, Nora Night was a great addition, great aesthetic and a bit of nostalgia for me at least.

    The Wolf of Saturn Six, while annoying at times when I was Leveling Up un-catalysted Weapons, he was a welcome challenge. Launching his cronies with Operator was pretty funny to do too.

    but with all that good comes some bad. I knew from a development standpoint this was going to put more pressure on the artists and story board makers. Unlike Alerts which required little to no effort to maintain. These Nightwaves while vastly more engaging and entertaining involve an equal amount of work to make them so. So now we have little to no means of earning Nitain reliably.

    True, and while I personally saw none of these warnings I still responsibly planned ahead and bought up all the Nitain I could with my spare Wolf Creds before it ended. 

    Then My Wife wanted to start Playing a week after it Ended. I thought to myself "Oh.. well shouldnt be a problem their gone as I've heard they should be back up a couple of weeks after they ended". She Progressed Fast, dedicating more time and effort than I expected from her, It made me proud of this game and especially of her. However now she wants to construct some things that require something she would have been able to at least farm once maybe twice a day if she was lucky had the Old Alert system been active. But because of the New way, she is still waiting for a Way to earn Nitain. 

    I thought the Ghouls event would help, but as it turns out, and I admit this is a personal thing. She DID NOT like doing those Ghoul Bounties at all. And because of the time it came up and her progression. Among personal scheduling conflicts. And the fact that this was single handedly the fastest Ghouls invasion I have seen since it started(I can only Imagine why). she got No Nitain before it ended.

    In the Future I recommend implementing the Old Alert system in the interim between Night Wave Seasons. Or something that helps alleviate the demand for Nitain. Even though I know this only Applies to VERY new players that start between them, I just want to make sure that the Devs are made aware that this issue has come up, and will very likely happen again if nothing is done.

    Good point, but to be fair I did say you are just Lost, if you touch that Orb. Unguided by the Lotus, listening to a mere facsimile of the real deal. Seemingly doing the same things you would normally. But who knows. :shrug:

    No... just that I'm so deep into this that It would cost me mine. It's a weight of a feather kind of thing. In order for me to obtain it my soul would be so heavy with guilt, that it would weigh more than the feather and I would lose it.

    But those without guilt, unlike mine, weigh either less or the same as the Feather, and thus get to keep theirs.

    TRIAL?! (Contemplates the words of Quill Onkko, and Teshin) Maybe the New War isn't what I thought it was. Sentients have only been proven to be fodder for the Strongest of us, maybe thats all they are, kindling for a War of Tenno.     If you're worried about changes from the story affecting your game as a result, "creator mode", under settings, Allows you to retain a lot of things that would seemingly be unable to be undone after the completed campaign, including getting the lotus back.

    Well, I have never tried Creator mode, and honestly sounds kinda cheaty, but for me sadly at this Junction. Is not an option for me. These "extra rewards" are not worth my soul!!!

    I plan on doing the content someday, but that day is long off into the future. Possibly another year, WHEN WE GET WISP PRIME!!!

    Did i give the wrong impression about my opinion about the Paracesis? It would seem so, I only mentioned it because its a weapon thats not even that good, I have no hang ups about it other than that and what I mentioned. I have a lot in my Foundry unclaimed yes, but thats because Im slow at dedicating time to rank up other weapons and tossing them. 

    As far as the Content I'm "hindering myself from". I'm more behind than I make it out to be, as far as i can see about the Jovian Concord, I'll only be missing out on the Ropalolyst Boss fight. Which I'm fine with, and If I didnt have the Plat already to get Wisp, I would farm it by selling any number of my 30+ Riven Mods. Or Vault Mods, or Electric Mods, or Aura mods, Gems, Vaulted Relics Frames.

    I may be a Casual Player, with long gaps of not playing this game, but I still have been playing this game for over 5 years now, and the times I was active(to include now) I have only ever Farmed what I deemed necessary for my own enjoyment. Which is to include help others from time to time.

     I have come to realize that, but I can still be hyped as all get out, about Railjack, If I may not even be able play it because of this decision. this may be a general Complaint, but I am by no means asking for special treatment. It never even occurred to me. I just want to see how alone I'll be in this opinion. It's terribly obvious to me that I will be, but I've had this pent up inside, and seeing the Jovian Concord just forced it out(again). 
    Even though I haven't done it all yet, the Prologue that is, I still went through a vague kind of the stages of grief.
    I am Denying that The Lotus has done any wrong, not unfounded considering how crazy Balas seems.
    Angry at all the Tenno who knew but still CHOSE to sacrifice her.
    Havent really done any bargaining...?(maybe im in Denial about that too lol)
    Sad that she left and at all the Tenno who lost her.
    Accepting that I still have her at least, and the cost of keeping her.

    I have been very Fortunate that all content relased after the Prologue hasn't cost me anything. The Jovian Concord will mark the first, and most assuredly not the last, occasion that I will be mission out on something that will effect my gameplay experience. And I'm willing to wait knowing full well what that means.

    aww man, wish I could Like a Post. You're not traitors, like i said, Im sorry for even suggesting it by saying Loyal so much. But thats a great Idea, when the mission to save/kill Lotus drops, expect me to be Dex'd out now too because of you 😜

    So nearly a year Later it has come to this, or more specifically this

    Complete The Chimera Prologue to unlock this dangerous boss fight. Defeat the Ropalolyst to earn our 40th Warframe.

    and I had to contemplate what that meant for the Future of the rest of the Tenno, sure I can ignore a single Weapon, or a over tuned Mod or two but now it seems that I will have to pay platinum to obtain this Frame, as there is no other way to get her, and remain loyal to The Lotus.
    I believe I have only ever done this once before. Octavia, and that was out of impatience, but now the stakes are higher. This is it, the end of the Lotus, for whoever was patient enough to wait will no longer.

    The Umbra Mods, were easily ignorable for a Veteran Casual player such as my self. They provide a power you don't actually need unless your doing something crazy like an hour+ Survival. Or 60+ Waves of Defense. Or any other similar endless type mission. And All that is for bragging rights, the Endless mission type has always had this weird system that despite how long you go for, your odds of getting anything DO NOT increase.

    The Paracesis, I never saw it used over other weapons, so it must not be that good. Mastery fodder for now till The New War. Heck maybe it will help against the new enemy types, but more than your AMP does already? Or maybe thats why you need to complete that Prologue, you need the Paracesis to even fight it. Unlike since we cant even use it for the Eidolons. Which betrays its whole purpose.

    I digress, Tenno, you are and have always been Free to do whatever you wanted. Just, don't forget who you owe that Freedom too. HA! who am I kidding, it's just a game, your more than happy to throw some "Space Mom" aside for a bit of extra power and Mastery, though that is changing now. A Price has been added to your Loyalty. Time or Platinum? You already know the answer. heck it might even be more than that, depending on whether or not the New Bosses drop something tradable.

    I'll be honest, I used to call you Traitors, and I'm sorry for that, for I know now that you are simply Lost. Most of you didnt know what would you would be sacrificing, but everyone after a certain point know what The Sacrifice really is. I Do. Mother or Mastery. I made my choice, whats yours?

    (Spoilers ahead, If you have not Touched the Orb in your Personal quarters(or dont even know what that is) then note that ahead is major spoilers for what follows that. I am posting this In RP because thats what it feels like most to me, It's how I feel my Tenno would respond to all of this. So I'll try my best to stay in character. AND PLEASE feel free to respond to this in or out of Character. I am VERY curious of what people think of it. If this belongs in another thread please let me know.)



    I am disjointed from Time, surrounded by whispers of those who have forsaken the one who woke us, armed us, gave us the tools we needed to Survive. The Lotus.

    They boast a power which they never needed, believing they have truly sacrificed nothing...

    Temptation guided you to a false narrative, you would believe a man who would Call her by the name of a someone long dead. Do you not see the madness in that?

    Arming you with a weapon that isn't even helpful against their most dangerous of enemies that roam the plains. And You BELIEVE him?

    Have you all been blinded by your endless quest for more power that you became lost in the darkness?

    You'd question the loyalty of someone who saved us, putting us in the void to keep us safe, and then removing us to save us yet again.

    We may have been merely dreamers in the Void, but we were safe. Free to protect that which we wanted. What we loved.

    Now you are all corrupted by doubts planted in your head by someone who pretends to be Tenno. Who also served the Twin Queens. Teshin.

    Surely we owe him a great debt, but I for one will not be swayed by his misguided words, For he is not Tenno, and therefore has no understanding of what it means to be in the service of someone like The Lotus.


    I have heard the stories, of a time that has yet to come for me, that she was taken from you. And for that I am sorry. You couldn't have know, when you touched that Orb, that still now floats in my personal quarters. That you would lose so much, and gain so little.

    Though I suppose now, that will no longer be the case, I will now be the one who will have to make the Sacrifice. For I have heard of whats to come in the Jovian Concords and I know what it means for the rest of you who may still be holding out like I am. 

    In order for you to get what you want you will have to let her go, So you can move on, and I understand that. But I refuse!

    I will not touch the Orb till I hear of the Stories of her return, of us saving her from the darkness!

    So I ask you one last time: "Will I have to Become The Lotus?" for I fully realize and accept, that when this story of Natah comes to a close. Will we still even have her?

    For I may spout on and on about loyalty and sacrifice, but if it should come down to The Lotus or The Tenno. I will choose my brothers and sisters, over anyone who dares threaten them.

    Thats why when its all said and done, who can truly replace The Lotus? Teshin, a Tenno wannabe? Ordis, a broken Cephalon? Or a fellow Tenno who stayed Loyal to The Lotus til the very end, and yet, even still, decided to save You instead.

     

    Or can I expect to see others make the same sacrifice as me?

      You guys done goofed. Just got done watching a live stream of a Youtuber playing The Sacrifice...

     Oh the sweet satisfaction of having to keep Lotus, and you all what do you get?

     Umbra Excalibur, A over hyped Excal that gets some mods only he can use. Not worth it, for me at least.

    Feel free Excal Mains to rebuke me, I gain nothing that I didn't already have by not doing the sacrifice

    Overall we all know the Power difference Between me(Not Lotusless) and you(The Lotusless) is marginal 

    Oh I saw the numbers of maxed Umbra Mods, but I've also played this game long enough to know they don't matter.

    Lua Endless missions is just about the only place you'll see any measurable use for those Umbra mods.

    Sorry you all have to probably wait a year Plus to hear the real Lotus again. For now, enjoy double the Ordis!
