    75% damage reduction is useless frames can either already survive without it or it is not enough 

    Since its now 90% not 95%, i think 90% is good spot maybe lower the base to 50% and match the damage buff

  4. I know this seems worthless to most 

    But isnt lowering the mods max value worsen the lower ranked versions 

    I use rank 9 umbra vitality and steel fiber for round numbers and less mod capacity same with r9 primed flow gave my frames even 400 500 600 800 energy 

    So my suggestion is simple 

    How about we leave armor with its mods the same 

    Make vitality and redirection 110%

    Change the base values to 

    300 > 350 

    375 > 450

    450 > 550

    Etc 

    Maxed umbra mods would be 200% instead of 192.5

    Primed flow would be could be kept at +180% 

    But how about we better adjust the base now 

    200 instead of 190 

    Or 175 and make primed flow +200%

  5. Since cross save is on its way will old tennogen items ever make it to console? There are items from 5 years ago that are yet to be added.

    If there are no plans to, How will the transition work if lets say i bought them on pc and i opened my account on ps4 ?

    So because licenses are not cheap, they only port over the most popular items from each batch. This is well known and has been explained by DE staff on several occasions on the Dev/Live streams.

    I'm all for not getting every single item, if it means that DE will continue their practice of profit sharing with the artists that work so hard on the skins.

    this doesnt explain why an item by faven who clearly have many tennogen items in is still missing if its licencing issue also its not per item buy thats why they disabled market discounts on tennogen artist still make the same percentage per item sold on console the difference is its not money handed to DE directly so they are slacking in porting less popular items because there is less money in it as most people have plat laying around so no new plat is bought unless item is overwhelming in popularity

    Thats not true and even so why ?? There is no reason to do that other than lack of people working on porting the items 

    We are missing the rapier skin by faven for 2 years, he does all graxx skins so its not an artist contract issue its just lazy

  8. We havent got new tennogen in a long time (since june) wasnt expecting round 19 but we are still missing items from round 14 15 16 17 and 18 round 14 items were added 2 years ago this is not acceptable and in not addressed in anyway be DE 

    If it cant be in regular builds then maybe it should be in seperate builds

  9. The only good status weapons are hybrids slash focused 

    Example twin krokher

    New CO is still usefull as it increases slash procs dmg with full blood rush even tho the multiplier is not the best it can melt level 100 enemies

    Maming strike was too nerfed to hard being additive was op unlike CO that was mamings problem but now with a 30% base crit it adds 45% which is half of the old value, that would ve fine if it scaled blood rush but it doesnt which means its now worthless

    So either make it 300% that doesnt scale wouldnt be my choice tho 

    Making it scale blood rush with half its old value or less only on crit heavy weapons would be better

  12. Heat procs now dec armor by 50% for the duration of the proc while also doing dmg tick and increasing dmg per proc 

    While its obvioisly good Anyone else think that the anti armor dmg type should be the anti armor proc it already doesnt do any dmg ticks unlike heat, puncture based weapons are trash compared to slash, its not really modable so would be a great feature for puncture weapons

    Also they said heat will be eating there armor where is the eating part its just there always 

    A 15% BASE armor removal per sec would be more fitting, it can cap at 60% or 75% since base proc duration is 6 sec 

    Puncture procs should be anti armor if anything give puncture proc the same 50% armor reduction as heat its viral for armor and ita now on a single element ? i know toxin is kinda like this for sheilds, but i think my changes would be a great addition to the warframe armor problem 

  13. Anyone else thinks that the armor effect from heat should have been for puncture procs that is anti armor !!!!

    Eating away enemy armor should have ben 10-15% from BASE armor every sec the proc is active 

    Or just give 75% armor dec for 6 sec for punc 

    For ember 

    Her 1 is useless compared to her 4 the augment helps off course shince her 2 and 3 no longer add heat dmg 

    2 is fine but would still loved to have explosion when you get to max meter 

    I think the meter should be the same as gauss decrease with time/not using abilities and all ablities make it rise

    Also if the energy drain on meter must be a thing then it needs a cap of 5 enegy/sec with max efficency

    3 is just accelerant would have been better can we get heat dmg buff on non armor enemies at least 

    Also should be 50 energy not 75

     

     

  14. Maming strike is now dead i get that making all weapons crit wasnt good but when you also nerf condition overload to the ground crit IS the only option

    My feedback

    1. primed reach needs to be +4

    2. condition overload scaling fix with the 120% was what i wanted since the change was announced but it should be at the end of the calculation otherwise its useless ( we know hybrid builds are too strong but status weapons are just trash now )

    3. maming needs to be 300% plain amd simple 150% is not enough a weapon with 30% base crit will go up by 45% thats half the 90% we had so 300% is where it should be 

    4. some combos are still buggy and slow wukong iron staf is worse somehow

    5. heavy attacks  so combo was changed for them while i would rather see the old combo back and heavy attacks be a constant thing with scaling combo that might not be the teams vision 

    So my fix heavy attacks should not consume ALL of the combo instead use a fixed number 20-30 hits that way it can be used constantly and dont ruin blood rush scaling 

     

    Just realised this now bloodrush only scale off base crit chance not moded why the hell would you do that all crit chance rivens are now useless 

    6.bloodrush needs to be 75% and scale of modded crit chance 

    Most zaw hybrid builds hade 15-25% crit chance thats not enough for red crits even at 12x combo

  15. Since her wof nerf ember had been gathering dust in the same corner vauban is sitting at after raids are gone 

    First thing we all know cc is almost useless now a dead enemy is the best cc 

    With how powerfull weapons became since zaws kitguns redemeer prime etc its either a warframe deals enough damage or can take giant hits 

     

    So lets start with Ember 

    Most important change remove the range decrease and use the volt discharge treatment where it deals less dmg over range 

    This will help with the nuking of low levels while keeping the augment working for higher levels 

    Her 2 and 3 do almost the same thing even her 2 augment does the same thing that reworked ember got on her 3 

    Accelerant debuff is decent but not enough and the stun is way too short 

    Her 3 is supposed to be defensive but it not not even vs infested a simple fix would be bullets passing through it have a 50% chance to melt and deal no dmg its not gara's wall but it would help with ember's biggest weakness

    would be even better if the ability changed to be around ember herself but i guess thatcmay be too much to ask ?

     

    As for vauban 

    Minelayer should be his 1 tesla would replace trip lazer bas duration and armor removal percentage on shred increase a 70% with 8 sec like ash and banshee augment would be good, bounce would be changed to magnetic grenade thats similar to shred but removes shields 

    His new 2 would be a turret or something similar to the grineer/corpus rollers hopefully a new model

    Vortex will change to be a damaging ability with largar aoe that should cover 75% of bastille area dealing dmg over time with double damage to bastilled enemies and more dmg the longer its up which would give the augment a use 

    Their is no need for vortex to pull enemies since bastille is vaubans cc and nidus larva now exsist it will be a more of a simulor damaging vortex

    Blindly ingnoring that the rest of round 14 is better than round 15 

    Why release half a round and the half a round 

    So we will get round 14 by 2020 ?? While pc will be on round 25 

    Even if you are going to release tennogen on 2 updates why ruin the order ypu choose the items that are going to make you more money thats not only disrespectfull to players choice its also bad for the artist who will be lossing out on any income from their items

    Round 14 was accept on november 2018. LAST YEAR !!!! Why in the name of everything isnt round 14 part 2 in this cert update 

    This is getting ridiculous what you need to do is get all items from round 14 and 15 in in a separate update and go back to the transfer with pc even better same date release as we were promised and never delivered till now
