  1. The stacking ability discount with Atlas' 1 ability perhaps should spread to all his powers? I think it would encourage a wider verity of game play. "Punch, punch, punch, Summon, Punch, Gaze, Punch, Detonate summon" and o on.

     

    Other thing I thought is have his 1's stats not just change on the mods of the equipped weapon but the stats too. I don't know but 5% CC/SC seems really dumb low which means building for raw damage...

     

    Edit: Also... let more utility mods count for his 1. Range is nice. but I am a big fan of other utilities too.

  2. Problem: Screen shot included below showing how I have them aligned. It is actually not possible to really get them to line up properly on the hips. On top of that the Offhand one moves with the breathing of the warframe while the right one doesn't, which leads me to believe the attachment point is mismatched. This is using Neckros Nobel animation set.

    Related: This isn't the only weapon I have had issue with. I know at one point Scythes mounted on the back along the spine with the weapon's head at the base of the neck of the character where now the head lines up with the base of the spine and it's not possible to rotate it to the base of the neck any more, which in my opinion looked much cooler. There are other weapons too if I should go through them or not. Being a cosmetic type person, how things look is super important to me (I hope thats obvious by my tennogen I have purchased)

    Request: If possible when fixing these, please allow for 360 degree rotation and placement of all holstered items Having locked rotation at odd angels makes it difficult to allgin things to look aesthetically pleasing. Holstering edits of rifles would also be nice as many do not look good when holstered and I have to hide the weapon that I want shown.

  3. Okay, I see this brought up every year and I think it should still be brought up:

     

    Dullahan Mask should have an option for the Sentinels to completely turn them into a floating head and then have a headless option for warframes. Would be cool to have a "ghost neck" like Wisp Dama helmet ear things, but either way... Headless warframe, pumpkin sentinel. p-p-p-p-p-please Eddie?

    Personally, your idea has the spirit, but I feel a more binary system would work better to avoid confusion. How about something similar to Baruuk's Elude passing up and down if your on the opposite plain? As well as a static texture around the screen for players in the rift (think the Infested Salvage effect). I know some people find the desaturation headache inducing, apparently.

    Works for me too. Just need something. I turned up the graphics and took the frame rate hit and there is a distrotion field I see that isn't there normally. But even then, I am dropping below 40fps then.

  5. I do love playing Limbo, But maybe its my Toaster set with graphics low, one of my personal biggest problems is telling when things are in or out of the rift. Specifically Limbo or enemies out side of cataclysm. Right now Limbo has a desaturated colors and muted sounds when inside the rift. I have had times though, especially on some of the ice planet tile sets, I can't tell when I am in or out. Something I'd like to see regarding Limbo is maybe a slight negative coloring around the edge of the screen perhaps?  With enemies themselves, perhaps have those that have the same rift state as you look normal and those that are opposite are extra blurred out kinda like Necro's undead with the Irkalla skin, just more so.  Instead of just a cloud around the feet. That would probably help a lot of people who are confused on why they can't hit an enemy. Perhaps make them look simi-transparent even or walking shadows? I don't know. Just some feed back.

     

    I don't know how others would feel but Something like: Player outside of rift and enemy in the rift, then enemy looks like a hole in existance with an aura moveing into it like it's sucking in light. In reverse, Players will see the enemies glow and give off light when the enemy is out of rift and player is in. If both match, enemies and players look normal.

  6. Simple suggestion, with all the sprinting themes going on these days and movement set mods, Something in the theme of Agility Drift: Something that gives Evasion when sprinting. My thought was 3 seconds of continues sprinting (no rolls or jumps) and gives Evasion stat based on the sprint speed of the frame for 2 seconds. 10 x Sprint Stat. Keep sprinting, keeps refreshing, but gives time for jumps and what not but if you get knocked down, you lose it. Maybe even have it build as sprint? Probably too powerful for that.

  7. The Target Fixation buff resets while hovering from the charge up of Tailwind to hover. Also Tail wind's hover mode does not seem to activate air born mods such as the Aero sniper mods.

    Because I was wondering how a large bird, one like a moa, attack things or do they try to run away. Hint: They are not known for running away. They mess things up.

  9. So after watching a bunch of videos of Ostriches attacking things today, I really want to see a Moa to get the ability to attack this way. I don't know if a weapon or a precept would be best for this but having the Moa pick a target, activate small fear aura, chase the target, then knocks it down and start stomping on it until the target get back up and then walk away.

    But yeah, a Tron-style trail could be pretty neat, maybe if it was an Ephemera you could apply to any frame.

  11. So there are now 3 things that generate maggots: a frame, a kubrow, and now a weapon. Well, while leveling the Pathocyst last night it suddenly occurred to me that it would be hilarious if the maggots would jump on enemies and send them into a "GET IT OFF!" type panic mode but also put a rad proc on them so the other enemies start shooting the one with the maggot in effort to... well... get the maggot off. Then the maggot does what ever effect it is supposed to do when it pops ( am not sure what it is doing with the Pathocyst other than being a distraction)

  12. The Miter at one time was my favorite weapon to use with Navigator on Ivara. It at some point has been changed so after about 3 seconds of flight the projectile despawns. I used to be able to fly it around until out of energy. I have found this interaction to be the case with all non-bow and non thrown melee weapons.

  13. Summery: This is part feed back and part vent. I was looking at the Arbitration rework-workshop and saw the new stuff being put on the drop tables and it hit me of a problem that is bigger than just Arbitration. It's all the different currencies in the game yet still having so many RNG mechanics. Some RNG is fun. There is a little joy of finding a rare thing while out and about. But so much of Warframe is now RNG it is eye rolling. Same time I have these currencies that just stack and stack and I barely have anything to do with them because I cleared out the stores that I have access to. I really would like to see more of these things taken off of RNG and put onto these stores out there.

    Rant: As it stands right now, I don't even really bother with arcanes for my Warframe because there is no overwhelming need to be that fine tuned for the game's content. They are nice to have but I don't conciser them necessary. That said, I have nearly every one from every store thats available except for what is off of Quills. Having to farm Eidalons for a random chance of a random arcane that is on a deluted drop table is just not for me. I know there is a small, very small, tight group that has it down for a science and good for them. But its not game play that I enjoy. I don't have more of the Quills stuff because other Sentient enemies are so rare and the cores are so low in value, I don't get enough to be signficant. Only type of content that really seems to value all these arcanes is the Eidalon fights themselves. Even then, the meta is so tight when you go for efficiency, its only very specific ones. Which I am fine with Eidalon stuff having, but would like to see spread out to other things at high level too. Especially boss fights. Note: You can apply all this to vault runs too. 

    Suggestions: Just spit balling here, but we already have nodes like Iron Wake and Maroo's Bazaar. What about opening more nodes like this where many of these frustrating RNG stuff can be purchased at? Like we had that story where we save the kid that gets us Nidus, could have their node for Infested things. Maroo's Bazaar seems to be a good place to buy Corrupted mods, given the black market theme and could sell them for endo or stars. I don't know. Running out of steam

     

    Just... please stop with deluting the tables and cut back with the RNG.

     

     

  14. I like to give a little bump and tack on to this because I was about to post something too on this topic. The Spores one is grade A. What I really expected from them. I would love to see more along this line. Ice Ephemera causing a shell to form when standing still that breaks when you move and leaves a crust of ice behind for a short bit, the fire one to have fire around the feet and calves, and a more substantial trail, even a meter or two in length. Things like that. 

    Another game that really hits it out of the park is the Auras in Champions Online. Maybe something worth looking at? Here is a link sampling their auras on various dummies. https://imgur.com/a/8GEBR39 

    note: This is a pretty low priority to me personally. Just stuff I wanted to throw out there.

  15. So I just did one of the outbreak events and the following exterminate mission. It was a snooze fest. We were all MR 23+ and I was getting a new group every time I reentered. Our group was jsut standing around letting our passive AOE dps kill things and it really felt like a waste of effort. 

    Thats my problem, as for maybe a solution?
     

    Maybe an "Arbitration" toggle that slaps on Arbitration modifier with increase chance of assassination squads showing up? In flip, a multiplayer put on the rewards?

     

    Of course there is a whole other issue with so much lean into simply being "more difficulty = bigger numbers/invulnerability" But thats something else.

  17. I just want to say, I love how Gauss' 3 does the startus effect combine when you do hit with double cold, double fire, or cold then fire for blast. Something I would like to see across the board. Like a Frost being able to use cold based weapons to cold status on enemies then hit them with his 2 to add another cold proc to freeze them in place. Or a volt hitting an enemy with electric followed by ember's fire to cause enemies to get radiation procs.

    Maaaaaaaaaybe....

    Double Gas: increasing size of gas cloud
    Double Radiation: Increased damage vulnerability
    Double Viral: decreased damage output

    Double magnetic: affected damages self

    Double Corrosive: Increased chance to miss

    And double electric: chains to friendly to return energy?

     

    Just kinda spit-balling suggestion out there. I just really like the whole doubling up status effects.

     

    I also kinda like the concept of extra fire procs just causing the fire to spread instead of more damage while extra toxin procs causes more damage as things get more toxic.
