    Psychic bolts is truly waste of energy...

    Sadly I think it needs to go. Chaos should be her 2nd ability and 3rd ability should be a debuff (Like Rebecca said that her new ability would be a potential debuff).

    Since Nyx can't cc as efficiently as say upcoming Revenant/disarm Loki maybe she needs a bit of debuffs/buffs for allies.

    Typo fixing

    So...

    Nyx is supposed to be a mental manipulator and her powers are psychic. Current Nyx basically sabotages herself with Passive ruining your 1 and 2 and 3.

    Rework;

    Passive:

    Mental Strength

    Enemies affected by Nyxs abilities take increased damage from weapons. A straight debuff to enemies so Nyxs role should remain Debuffer/Support. 

     

    1- Mind Control:

    Nyx sends out a bolt of psychic energy. Enemies caught at target location are mind controlled and fight for Nyx. Enemies controlled that were previously affected by Chaos become Empowered dealing 500% damage.

    (Enemy control cap is 6)

     

    2 - Chaos 

    Nyx sends out a wave of psychic energy which starts mass confusion in area around her causing enemies to get stunned for a short duration. After the stun wears off the afflicted enemies start attacking friends or foes doing reduced damage to Nyx and her allies (-75% on Nyx and -50% dmg on other Tenno). 

     

    3 - Nightmare

    Nyx can activate this ability to force nightmares upon the psyche of her enemies, seeing visions of their demise. Enemies affected by Nyxs disruptive abilities become feared. Nyx also applies an elemental proc on enemies based on her energy color while amplifying her controlled targets damage similarly. (Electro, Toxin, Heat, Cold)

    What use are psychic powers if you cannot mess with your enemies mind?

     

    4 - Absorb 

    Nyx creates psychic sphere at target location. The sphere draws aggro and absorbs all incoming damage for a duration. After the duration the sphere explodes inflicting radiation proc to all enemies hit and knocking them down. Nyx can recast this ability to detonate it early. 

    (No damage cap)

    (Drains energy on cast and less while active)

     

    A notable mention: Revenant previous ult (mass sleep) could also be Nyxs 3/4. Similarly enemies who explode inflict mind control.

    As we've seen and read in the Vitruvian, ALL Warframes were Dax soldiers, willing or not, given the Helminth virus, mutating them into infestation of another kind. The thought of having a Oprerator be IN a Warframe would be taking the very body that's inhabiting the armor (which isn't a skin, but armor built around it... again shown in the Vitruvian thru Excalibur) and considering they are, technically sentient (Excluding Umbra since he is full sentient upon Tranferance) they woudl NOT like that, since that would literally kill them, despite their skin being turned into sword steel (or something very similar to Hayden tenno).

    In a sense... it's better off this way since it's a unique formula. One is the body (Warframe) and the other, the Mind (Operator). One is the Hand, the other, the Will. Hope this clears up on how this would not work out as well.

    Nice concept, sometimes imagine it in another universe, but... not this one. 😕

    Correction. Not necessarily Dax. The best of the population. Never implied just Dax

    You are the leech if someone is...

    DE should make that fishing/mining is disabled while a bounty is active. No one likes being used for your own selfish reasons. You either go solo and fish / mine but NOT in bounty mission public match. You didnt deserve the fish and the one who scared your fish is my hero.

    Rephrasing

    Nyx like frame with abilities that actually mind control ... Not pitiful like ingame.

    Smth like: 

    1) Cast a spell inside the minds in groups of enemies that start fighting for you once affected. If codename better-nyx gets lethal damage all of hex'd enemies die (kill the source mechanic).

    2) Force enemies under your "hex" (scarlet witch vibes) to feel the touch of fire, kiss of cold, venom under their skin, or the zapping of currents; fears etc. causing them to attack anything in their sights while getting affected by the chosen status .

    3) Absorb the enemy damage near you and after some time psionically unleash it to cause a massive shockwave.

    4) Summon a psychic spear/dagger you throw at enemies and if it doesn't kill the enemy, it hexes them instead.

    Or if the exalted dagger/spear is too much give her some of Vlads indev abilities. Like mass sleep. Vlad (apart from shield/hp steal feels exactly what Nyx is supposed to be. 

    We can also call this better-nyx - Nyx Solar.

    Im having high hopes for Venus. Back before PoE was released it was fun but it felt so small...  Im hoping that In Venus we really get to explore stuff. Long term.  

     

    It took me around 30 days to get Quills and Ostron Maxed with around 3-5h gameplay a day (minor exceptions included).

    Guys and Gals. Before you start ranting about clipping issues with Umbra.. try Saryn Prime. Theres just a single syandana that works for her without floating 2m away from her skirt.

    Host Migration is a broken mechanic

    The very sad truth about Host Migration... It's broken and leads to nothing but disaster... It would be nice being able to screenshot the loot but you cannot tab the progress window when the migration happens...

     

    I've lost countless of stuff by host migrations.. nowadays I make sure I host the room by any means necessary.
