Mission finishes and this one dude wouldn't come in, dont know why and dont care, but i quickly went to do something else taking my eyes off the comp and when i came back the warframes were already flying away. So i didnt get to pick out of all of the options.

Sounds like you had 10/10 reactant while he had 9/10. Maybe shoulda asked in chat like a normal person but w/e. Least that way you'd know wtf was going on.

  2. The only weapons it'd be useful on are weapons that are close to red crit but arent( ie Soma P)

Red crit will double the damage of your crits while Bladed rounds will only give you 120% more crit damage. So if you used bladed rounds on a Soma P with Point Strike then youd'd get a 10.2 crit multiplier. If you used Argon Scope it'd become a 13.2 crit multiplier.

But at the same time the criteria for Argon Scope is a headshot. So lets say you headshot an enemy, you now have that buff. If you use bladed rounds you have to kill them enemy. And for instance if you were against a high armored bombard, and ONLY a bombard then that bladed rounds would NEVER kick in until after killing the bombard making it never even matter.

Also with argon scope you tend to be aiming for the head more resulting in hopefully more headshots resulting in more headshot crit multipliers which would bring an argon scopes multiplier up to I believe 52.8 multiplier while a Bladed rounds headshot would be a mere 40.8 multiplier.

So again it all depends on your preference, playstyle, and situation.

+1 for universal vacuum.  I would sacrifice every single current warframe's passive in a heartbeat for a non-carrier vacuum.

agreed, time for the companions everyone uses to be more segregated

Yes but it is very situational and as with most Exilus mods it just collects dust in my inventory.

Yea that's how I feel about it too. Team usually consists of 1 Steel Charge, 1 CP, 1 Rejuv, and or 1-2 energy siphon. So yea i use cocation to get .69 energy regen(1.38 in the case of 2 ES but again that's considered situational), 69% melee dmg, 3.45 health regen, and 34.05 armor reduction. But all those tiny percentages are pointless compared to say an extra shadow close, a -75% slow nova, extra bit of range for certain frames, etc, etc.

You can't say to someone else that "You're increadibly wrong". That is increadinly rude and insanely arogant that you think other people's oinions are wrong.

So if someone says, "I think the sky is orange" I can't tell them they're wrong cause it's rude and arrogant? Ok time to let the world become stupid

First of all, the builds on youtube are starting points in the youtubers opinion are good. I like to take their opinion into hand and play around with the builds to fit more of my playstyle which then makes the frame good in my opinion.

Yes in the youtubers opinion it's good and the youtubers are out to earn subscribers. They dont care if the builds are actually what should be used so long as the viewer says "wow he's actually killing what I couldn't". No everyone will do what you're doing to youtuber builds are not a good way to say try this. If you yourself HAVE found a better build tell them that one instead. You arent here to earn subscribers, youtubers are.

If my build is bad what should I use lol dont make a statement without presenting facts on why

A lot of people, myself included, have been telling you what build to use for him but you apparently dont want to listen and would rather just deem him a bad tank in your own opinion.

He's gonna take at least 5 formas to be the best tank in the game, if you dont like that then we cant help you not wanting to put effort into a good frame.

Chroma is maxing str and maxing duration while ignoring the other two. So 299% str and then at least 220%~+ duration. His energy pool lets you be able to cast both his was and armor while letting you collect energy for the next cast(unless if you use rage then who cares)

He can be an amazing tank/dmg dealer if you feel like putting the time into him, seriously.

Really...stop recommending youtube builds. They aren't good. They're all half assed builds that they hype up by fighting low lvl enemies just so noobs think they're good and subscribe to them.

Inaros > Chroma > Valkyr > Wukong, but chroma takes a lot I'm talking 5-6 forma and arcanes. my valkyr and inaros have both guardian and grace with 4-5 forma each. I don't really like chroma because idk just not my type but he is definetly an amazing tank

See that's incredibly wrong. Inaros is a great solo frame. Why? Because none of his abilities actually take effect fast enough to be helpful to the team.

    Inaros:

Dessication:Yes it blinds a good amount of enemies but this in the end only benefits himself mainly cause people usually dont bring a dagger

Devour:Stun locks a single enemy in which when being devoured cannot be attacked by other people

Sandstorm:is very meh CC which like tornados sucks up enemies and throws them around being more in the way than helpful

Scarab Swarm: This ability could be good but takes a good group of enemies to be good and if you have a CHroma on the team those said groups of enemies are usually dead before you can even cast any of those above abilities

Valkyr if built for Warcry is even a better team player than Inaros with her Eternal War augment

And Wukong can be a better Tank than Inaros cause he has legit godmode with Defy rather than fake godmode like Inaros

    So tbh it's Chroma>Valkyr>Wukong>Inaros

  8. If its easy enough for you to get her try and get mesa.

She can be a great tank in most if not all missions(a bit squishy in infested depending on how well you know how to play her)

And outside of that she makes for quick kills. I love bringing her into a mission and outkilling wannabe ashs.

Interesting idea for the 4... do they attack often enough to warrant a melee combo? seems like it would make them not as good though unless you only built for max duration

If ranged and regular hits contribute to it and they share the same multiplier then itd probably easily reach up to 2-2.5 multiplier pretty quickly.

Also maybe hits from landslide can also contribute to their own.

  10. 1. Like you said is fine

2.Yes they should be a bit bigger

    3. This ability is utterly useless as it is and should possibly be more of a small area around himself

    4. The stats should stay the same but they should get their own melee multiplier with no timer on the combos considering the duration of them.

As I stated once before in an older thread, have you ever met a loyal cat?

Yes. Have a Maine Coon at home who ONLY likes my grandfather and will go to great lengths not to be touched by anyone else.

Also have a tuxedo cat who only likes my grandmother and gives everyone else the stink eye when they walk by or he just run away hissing as he goes.

And have a multicolored cat who pretty much likes everyone but will drop everything she's doing and come to me if I call her.

Vigor adds 120% BASE shields and BASE Health for a grand total of 120 each in case of Chroma, which makes it a ahem less desirable mod in the first place....

This is true. It'd be a lot better to have Intensify. Also to never, ever use a flow(except for energy reduction) and instead either use COnstitution or Everlasting Ward.

The only reason people like to use Vigor is because they dont want to learn how to not sit in front of the enemies face all the time. You gotta get hit, run then get hit again to max your armor buff. Yes it's more tedious but it pays off in the long run.

  13. No "how do you feel about relics?" question I see.

I like how we got out of the 100 key rng to get 1 rare item but i feel the fact we have 1 item to 4 used keys is utterly horrible.

But as for the actually asked questions:

    1. It was great that it was split into 3 parts. It helps the hype train and helps the time it'd take to download it all. But again if you wanted to wait an extra day to release said update it'd be GREATLY appreciated to keep the annoyances/bugs to a minimum(ie trace limit/Archwing FoV)

    2. The FoV was utterly horrible with SoTRs release. It was way too close and made it impossible to see. I think you were going in a good direction but it derailed halfway. Hopefully the next concept thrown out there is a bit better.

    3. This should have been a thing from the get go. It made no sense how we had a cap of 100 traces and the highest type of relic cost 100.

    4. It's nice how the old relics can still be opened but not obtained. I think this shouldnt be a permanent thing though. Eventually stuff should stay in the drop tables again for good.

    5. I honestly have no real opinion on tennogen since I dont wanna put out real money for them tbh.

    6. I think the Braton/Lato Vandal should return but should have a unique way of acquiring them for instance either a milestone or possibly have parts drop for them in the corpus raid whenever that is.

    7. Titania looks great. I hope what she brings to the game also benefits future Archwing ideas as well.

    8. I honestly dont know when this was even mentioned. Is this glyphs like Inaros or something else I missed? If it's Inaros glyphs then no, I'd rather not deal with that timesink again.

I posted the video for Potato's latest Ice chroma build just a while ago

Yea but see heres the problem. Most youtube builds arent even good or are halfassed. And that build is a prime example of that. Hes using primed flow and partially ranked mods, typical youtuber, only in it for the subscribes. NO good chroma user uses a flow unless if its energy reduction.

And then even if he built that its a mere 14% higher power str which will not show any significant difference in how he feels.

Inaros also has great CC (coupled with Range mods, of course) that offer easy targets to Life Steal from ;)

CC doesnt mean crap when later on you can only kill one enemy at a time with a dagger due to no dmg boosts.

While you took 10 seconds to kill 5 enemies chroma already coulda killed 50

But the of course after chroma caps out that dmg due to scaling then inaros would be a better choice, but we dont need to go that far ingame anymore so wh cares
