I spend a lot of time idle in Warframe, it'd be great if I could set it to slow down in the background to save on power (and heat) when I want to tab out for a few minutes without closing and reopening the game.
This is a relatively common feature, present in most Blizzard games for example.

Repro:
1. Open world area with Nezha, sentinel/animal, and Safeguard
2. Cast on companion (Works)
1. (again)
2. Get in archwing
3. Can't cast on companion

+2 seems fair, even +3 if it ends up being a round number. 15 for Diffusion hurts a little more than it should, and mostly because the way dodge speed works is counter-intuitive and not what most (meaning "not all", I see you getting ready to post random person) want out of it.

Looks kinda bad. Didn't have this before, even on ludicrous particles.
It seems to happen primarily when a large amount of particles are emitted in a single direction, like the new Opticor shot or the particles from operator mode transition.
I checked to see if the changes were relating to preventing massive amounts of gpu particles overheating things (which I don't mind on PC, but it's funny) from cases like Staticor or even Staticor-Mirage, but they seem to be unchanged and also unaffected by the issue.
Examples of issue (opticor) followed by example of Staticor-Mirage.

I've been helping new players through The Second Dream on a semi-regular basis and wow, it's a rough experience as a client.
Lots of things don't sync properly. The Security Eye in Lua, for example, is extremely hard to fight as it doesn't move smoothly.
I've been making mission bug reports but at this point it feels like something major was broken somewhere.
I'd like to make a clearer report than this but here it is.

Underwater mobs kept spawning and fight wouldn't advance.
I suspect the maniacs teleported outside the room upstairs, but that assumption is based on my other tyl regor report.

Fired through the door toward the waypoint (Which probably should be on the maniacs) and he was dead by the time the maniacs died.

Sometimes it reverts to the closed "Stowed" state instead of the expanded "Ready" state after firing.

As title. Host does not see warping. Clients were not experiencing lag with any other units in the mission.

They appear where the projectile would be if it was vertical, instead of horizontal, as it is when it dissipates.

If this mode stays in Railjack, a positional audio queue for capturing unit and a more obvious klaxon (I don't know if it's working at all right now (Edit: it's not)) would be really great.

In helping a newer player with this mission I've noticed the NPCs have a habit of getting stuck on decorations and not getting to the room to open the door.

It snaps to to the core of the ship and won't target or chain to the engines. Caracol, Saturn.
