  1. The FPS drops happens in some specific spots, some times in bases, some times just out in the open.

Performance drops from 60-70 fps down to 30-40, some times to ridiculous numbers like 10-15.

I cant find the reason for FPS drops since the area they happen is small, so you can walk 20m away from a 10 fps spot and be back to 70fps.

However they are random so performance jumping allover the place is not fun at all.

Haven' had such a problem until last patch or so - had consistently high 60-70 FPS at all times in Vallis.

Screenshots taken during Profit Taker Phase 2 mission, as that's where i encountered most ridiculous FPS drops.m3Ou5YL.jpg

  2. Latest hotfix brome fonts on resolutions lower than 1080p

At 900p I get weird aliasing issues on all fonts everywhere in game, as if they were rendered at a different resolution and then scaled with nearest-neighbour. It affects ALL text - foundry, mods, menus, chat and so on.

When I move mouse around in mods screen/interface I see misaligne\ment lines going around (parts where basic scaling removed a line to fit interface into lower res) It obviously looks like interface is loading at a different scale, and thein is rescaled.

Oh, seems that threads got merged. Based on investigating so far from me and my clanmates:

    1. Boards do in fact grant mastery when built. They don't show up in-profile, so you can't check them, but I use Google Spreadsheet to make it easy to see what I'm missing.

Definitely not the case for me. I have checked, and my mastery points are exactly the same as when I had no K-Drive, yet the K-Drive I built is level 28 already. Ranking up from 27 to 28 did not give me 100 mastery points it was supposed to.

  4. Same issue.

    Some tweaked settings, i7 3770, GTX660, 16 GB Ram

90-120 fps on the plains, 20 fps in Orb Valis.

I think the big tower might be the culprit, fps recovers up to 50 when not looking at it (though it still feels more stuttery than that), but then immediately dips down to 20 whenever you look in its direction. After you looked at it It never goes above 20 no matter how low the settings are, until you look away for 20-30 seconds.

  5. After being prompted to optimise Download cache, I accepted and it optimised something (meaning process was done). After that however it appears I have lost 8 GB more GB (on top of the update's 2GB) of space to SOMETHING.

I say SOMETHING because Warframe installation occupies 2 GB more than it was before (as per update), and I have no idea where the additional 8 GB went.

  6. In a mission when you have to use transference on the Unbra on the Corpus ship, the first transference works and the cutscene plays, but when the cutscene ends, i'm still in a room with Umbra and is told to use transference on him. He stands there passively, doing nothing. Stunning him and using transference plays the "transfer in" animation, but player does not return to warframe and nothing happens.

    Mission can not be completed.

More than that, ESC menu gets blocked as well, so ALT+F4 is only solution to that.

Restarting the game does not help -mission still gets stuck.

  7. Right after the 22.18.6 patch I went into Sanctuary onslaught. The first round was in VERY tiny derelict node (small room with 2 rotating lasers in normal void and a lift in the middle), and we had VERY little spawns, like 10-15 enemies per wave and barely managed to keep the efficiency, but we pushed through and all was fine until Zone 8 where we got a big open Corpus planet tile (like a mission start platform on Hieracon) and we were getting ridiculously low spawn rate of maybe 5-10 monsters per 10 sec, which caused us to run out of efficiency very quickly - we just had no monsters to kill and keep it up.

Go play onslaught with zero cheese and try to get to a second C rotashin, while you do that a shout nerf this and that I will us all the cheeses room clearing tools in the game and still not get far as the difficulty on hard is bunk and bugged.

Spore Saryn + Ignis + CE Hikous. Everything is in spores and melts away before spin2winners can get to them.

    So...

    Nerf Saryn again I guess?

  9. After dashing through the portal as an operator, operator some times gets slowed down to a ridiculous crawl (about x10 time slower), much worse than a cold proc. Every single action gets slowed including dashes, all animations and abilities as well as use of AMPs. Animations of firing an 3d AMP prism locks you in itself for a really long while and you can't do anything about it undil you fire all 3 rounds of a burst which takes about a full minute. This does not go away if you switch back to frame and persist across zones until the end, and makes use of an operator completely impossible for that run.

  10. Crashes aside, Sanctuary Onslaught seems to have a balance problem with some zones. Some rounds seem to bug out and simply do not produce enemies fast enough to compensate for the efficiency drain even if you kill them as they spawn in (happens with 4 players too). After zone 12 or so this becomes increasingly bad. If you get 1 of those and then a regular one then you can recover the lost efficiency, but if if you get 2 of those zones in a row then you are screwed through no fault of your own and its the end of a round for you. No matter how fast you kill enemies, the game simply does not give you enough to sustain the mode.

  11. One of my PCs that I play on only has 4 gigs of RAM (it's my laptop). It can play regular starchart just fine, however when I enter the plains RAM useage spikes up and continues rising as I travel throuhg it. If I travel around it very quickly reaches over 4 gigs of usage and crashes with "out of memory" error, while the in-game RAM counter remains at 1.2 gigs.

Basically it's the same issue the OP has though the consequences are more severe due to hardware limitations.

The issue here is either a memory leak or an inefficient memory use that does not unload unused memory to make space for new one.

This was not the case during the previous Plague Star which I could complete normally on my laptop and RAM usage never exceeded 3.5 gigs on same settings.

On that note lowering the settings even to the minimum does not help - while initial RAM usage is lower, it quickly raises up to about the same level and crashes giving ~2-3 extra minutes before the crash.

  12. "Unbound" focus ability has no effect - does not work if that focus tree is not primary.

I have unbound the Mind Sprint ability in the naramon tree. From what Patch notes for PoE say, it should make it take effect regardless of what school I use as a primary, however if Naramon is not my primary school, said ability has no effect and Void Dash remains at the base speed. It works fine if Naramon is selcected.

Edit: I didn't realize that you have to spend pool in another Focus tree and activate it there, and the node was out of my screenspace when accessing said tree.

While I realize that it's not a bog, this information should be conveyed better.

  13. Inaros's [Negating Swarm] augment does not work for "no status effects" riven challenges.

When hit with a status effect, the augment works, and the Swarm % is reduced, status effect oes not affect inaros, but the Riven challenge still resets.
