    No problem, thanks for the reminder! We have an updated fix for this, which should arrive with the Jade Shadows update in June. Unfortunately, the fix requires some code changes, so it won't arrive until our next mainline update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Tested both the Panthera Prime and the normal Panthera in Ukko capture. No issue as far as I can tell with the normal Panthera's secondary fire (saw beam), but the Prime's caused serious lag/stutter issues. Please fix this and if possible make the secondary fire finally a toggle option in both the vanilla and the Prime Panthera, like with most of the new weapons with a secondary fire. Thank you. I am on PS5.

    Hi irvin63, have you tried using Luminous Dye? It's a consumable that highlights nearby fish when thrown in the water. You can get it from Fisher Hai-Luk in Cetus. 
    If you're still experiencing this issue even after using Luminous Dye, can you please share a video? It might help us narrow down the culprit.

    A couple of other planters were fixed in Dante hotfix #3 that was specific to PSN (Lua planter & Piccha) except this one. Was likely overlooked as its not buy-able from the market and a Baro item so less tenno likely own it to notice. But I'm guessing the same issues that caused said planters to be missing texture is the same for this one.

    Hi Zzubi18, Dynamic Resolution is still available as a setting on iOS, but it was accidentally hidden from the Video Settings menu. If you select the search bar at the top of the Settings menu and then type resolution, you should see Dynamic Resolution and Resolution Scale. We're working on a fix to put these settings back in the video settings menu. Sorry for the inconvenience!

  8. We're still having trouble reproducing these freezes internally, but we've discovered a potential solution through our support tickets that has us wondering if this might be a network issue. To help us narrow this down some more, we could use some additional information:

    Would you happen to be connecting to an IPv6 network? Can you try switching to IPv4 and see if this improves your performance in Warframe?

    To do this on your PC:

    • Open Settings
    • Click on Network & internet
    • Click the Advanced Network Settings option
    • Under the Related Settings section, click the More Network Adapter Options setting
    • Right-click the network adapter and choose the Properties option
    • Clear the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) option
    • Click the OK button

    PS5 supports IPv6 connections but not IPv6-only, so we'd like to know if switching to IPv4-only stops these 10-20sec freezes.

    Also, If you notice an improvement, please share your modem/router in this thread.
    Even if you've already been using IPv4, knowing which modem/router people have could still be helpful.

    We hope to use the above information to help us find a pattern that we can investigate further.

    I have been playing since release on mobile, I completed the tutorial then enabled cross save with PC and PS. Today I turned off solo play to try public que but I can’t join anyone and the chat says that it failed to load. The friends list and clan say everyone is offline. Even occurs on missions that have multiple open groups. I have tried re-downloading the app but still doesn’t work. The chat error message has been a constant since I cross saved. Any tips, help and suggestions will be appreciated.

    P.S. Before you ask I’ve checked the connection multiple times and have tried switching regions or max ping limits, switching from Wi-Fi to data to no avail.

    Thanks for the video! We'll look at this on our end and see if we can make some improvements. In the meantime, can you explain what happens when you try to access Duviri? Is your game crashing? Or are you unable to select the level?

    The actual resolution, not even just the textures or something, looks like it's running at 480p max. Additional graphical effects don't really look all that great and I'm not sure if all of them even work. Every time an enemy appears it feels like the framerate gets even lower. I've seen videos of phone gameplay and the resolution does seem a bit better, which implies to me maybe it's a scaling issue on ipads? I'm not really sure.

I failed the mission and got frustrated so I took out Mesa (No Ephemera) and noticed the stuttering was gone. I tried other missions and free roam areas and it only seems to be Sorties that do this.

We've been having trouble reproducing this on our end, so we'll need you to send us some log files in a support ticket to investigate this further. You can find your log files by closing the game, opening the Warframe launcher, and clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the launcher.

    For the first set of log files:
    - Launch the game, load into any mission by pressing 'X' on Navigation, and once you've noticed the stuttering, close the game, reopen the Warframe launcher, and retrieve your log files

    For the second set of log files:s:
    - Launch the game, load into the same mission by using "Esc" -> Navigation, and once you've confirmed there is no stuttering, retrieve your log files again
     

    Once you have all your log files, please submit a support ticket here, and we will take a closer look.

  14. Hi everyone. We've merged some recent threads about these freezes/host migrations. We have spent quite a bit of time trying to reproduce this internally but have not yet found the culprit. With that said, we're hoping there might be some additional information that could point us in the right direction. Many posts in this thread have done a great job narrowing this down, but we could use some more help. 


    For example.

    1. Does this only occur when Cross Platform Play is enabled? (this can be toggled in Warframe Settings -> System)

    • If it does, can you identify any of the platform(s) in your squad? Can you identify the platform that connected before the freeze/host migration occurred?
      • (for example: Does having a cross platform player connect during the mission increase the chances of these freezes occurring?)

    2. Does lowering your Matchmaking Ping Limit decrease the chances of encountering these freezes? (this can also be changed in Warframe Settings -> System)

    • If you lower your Ping Limit to 100, do your missions seem more stable?

    3. Could this be tied to an item in your (or someone else's) inventory? 

    • For example, is anyone in your squad using a Specter when you experience these freezes/host migrations?

    4. Can you force these freezes/host migrations to occur with your squad? Do they only happen when a player you don't know joins via. matchmaking?

    • For example, if a client in your squad leaves and rejoins the mission, will it trigger a freeze/host migration for anyone?

    5. If you install the PS4 version of Warframe on your PS5, do you still experience this issue? Is this specific to the PS5 version of the game?


    We understand that this has been very frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. The above questions are just a few potential leads that we are investigating, but if there is anything else anyone can think of that could help us narrow down this issue even more, it would be greatly appreciated.

I left the game running for 12 hours before I was able to get back to my PC and the game was running 2fps with the GPU and CPU at 200ms+. Seem like something is going on. I wish I screenshotted it. :(

    If I run the demolisher bailiff again. I can see GPU climb up after a few minutes of running it.

  16. I've gone ahead and merged a few threads regarding screen-tearing on PS5. Would anyone be able to share some video clips of these tears? If it's difficult to catch on video, maybe screenshots with examples of what happened when the tearing started? We hope to track down and identify the causes of this screen-tearing, so any additional information is greatly appreciated.

    Also, details about your TV/monitor setups could be helpful. Does anyone happen to be using VRR? Does the tearing improve if you enable/disable VRR?

The only way to use kompressa with mag is by standing on the opposite side of where the globs fly to so that they stick to whatever is in the bubble first. Would anyone be able to post a video clip of the steps required to reproduce this? We don't need any log files since we already have plenty, but a clip of the crash could help us narrow it down.
