    1) Mag/Volt changes as per Devstream.
    2) Give passives to all frames who lack passives + flesh out passive names + descriptions in the Arsenal.

    4) Address other QoL Warframe notes & issues.

    On the thread as a whole I fully realize that E Shield is a popular skill and that is is one of Volts best skills currently I simply feel the change would allow you to use all the skills whenever you felt instead of what we currently have.

    As far as we know it doesn't react with anything other than Shock, what happens wasn't mentioned.

    I fully realize I am in the minority in that I simply don't use the skill as much as some, because outside of the missions you need to defend something simply moving tends to be a better idea.

    Ozone had some good ideas on that, I think that could work.  I wonder what happened to the threads ozone made though? 

  5. ES Is better at buffing than the actual shield aspect, I prefer a mobile shield. However, i'm a bit conflicted with replacing the shield...I would like for the shield to really protect you instead of just a buff. I like the idea in mind though, just don't think replacing is the way to go. Maybe a bigger shield? Reduced energy cost?

The current rework helps Overload a lot but it didn't alleviate any of the other issues with Volt such as a complete lack of anything for armor despite having a terrible element against it, and simply why would I bring Volt to a high level mission?

    Currently the only reason is speed running but he could potentially be a great CC/buffer frame and he would actually have a place beyond mastery fodder.

    I wanted to avoid volt being "Mastery fodder" but that appears to be fastly approaching

    It's not a damage ability, it's a quick, cheap CC. 

    Still not long enough to gain an advantage, would be better if it had a longer duration. Electric procs aren't very reliable

    Also, DE kinda confirmed they aren't changing Shock. Still think Overload should melt armor on tesla-coiled targets though.

     No matter how much Strength you add to shock it's nowhere near affective... Embers fire ball does twice that of shock and frost's freeze does just under that... =-/

    I would say that the forums got updated and somethings aren't properly in place, however. All of ozones posts, even his concept thread have been removed. If you want to see the first page of that thread look up "volt rework feedback ozone" hit the green arrow and hit "Cached" You can only see the first page. If you want, go ahead and make a new one and i'll happily be there =-)

    That thread must have got so much support it had to be removed . A mod has the ability to do that (No sarcasm intended) All the ideas in that thread were amazing. Wonder why it had to go???

    Yep. Make it like Inaros' devour, when you turn an enemy into a tesla coil, you can hold 1 to supercharge the enemy you're looking at and 4 to supercharge all ememies in range.
