    This is the Riven in Question which has a -94.7% multishot with a +84% Status Effect

    Even with +84% status effect it drops Status Chance down to 3.4%

    After adding 3 +60% status chance mods it becomes 14.3%

    Finally, after adding all 4 status effect mods it suddenly jumps from 14.3% to 100%

    In summary 

    Negative Multishot on rivens some how causes the Status chance to go into an "invisible" negative value. Which requires +300% Status chance to break it make it go to 100%

    Doesn't make her immune, it simply removes it.

    More importantly, the way it works is it fires a LoS Projectile to the enemy, which then comes back to her.
    If she moves to a different location and there is an object inbetween, it blocks the projectile from returning. 

  3. While visually Hildryn is extremely beautiful - gameplay wise she is sorely underpowered

    1. Due to low health pool procs can skip her 4.9k shields and directly attack her 250 hp health. 
    2. Her 1st and 2nd, 3rd, 4th abilities do extremely little damage the higher level you go, due to lack of damage scaling.
    3. Ageis Storm - While CC is strong its a really disappointing ability for an ultimate. Long range units can easily snipe her due to her lack of mobility in the air. Basically, she is a flying target with a shoot me sign on her back. CC like Rhino Stomp is infinitely better where he does not lose his mobility while applying, even more, CC than her.

    Some recommended changes.

    1. Make Haven give her and her teammates in range immunity to status effects while active. Or at least give Hildryn 100% immunity while active. This will give her the survivability she needs in high level areas that have slash ] toxin \ gas etc. 

    2. Shield Pillage - Make it take a percentage of armor \ shields based on Power strength 180% = 25% ripped. In compensation increase cost per use. 

    3. Ageis Storm - Change Ageis storm functionality where the more enemies she captures the more her abilities get buffed. 20 enemies caught in the storm = 100% buff to all her abilities for 20s. Buff = power strength \ drain reduction etc. Also the higher her smash damage should increase by 25% per meter of height upto a maximum of 500%. The reason being many maps have low roofs limiting where she can use the ability, more importantly, the time it takes to to fly up that high and finally how small her cone becomes as she goes higher which should compesnate for buff.

  4. Was doing the new Buried Debt mission 2 of the players left early after completing 3 fissures. Me and one other player stayed for 10 more minutes.

    When we both tried the elevator it did not work. ( When I was inside ) the elevator did not work no matter how many times we went in and out of it.

     

    Afterwards I tried waiting outside for 30s while he waited inside.

    The elevator worked and took him down.

    I then went in after him and waited 10 minutes inside elevator refused to function.

    If other players take the elevator before you - it seems for host the elevator will stop functioning.

    This was a Public matching. 

  5. Archwing system was honestly never popular the only reason people ever did it was for MR.

    Especially the disastrous 6 DOF camera update was pretty much a shot to the head. 

     

    But there might be a way to make Archwing fun by not only designing the gameplay by using existing gameplay elements but allow for the next geration of customization.

    The Gundum Project - for sake of Copyright could be named - Sentient Combat Robot Assault Platforms or SCRAPs for short. 

     

    Lore:

    SCRAPs were designed by an unknown resistance group on Earth in order to combat the Orokin and Sentient Threat. But before they could be fully realized the project was forgotten and buried as a Massive Sentient Destroyed the facility before the first prototype could be finished. With the new looming sentient threat Cephalon Simiaris has found an ancient record of such devices in one of his new synthesized collections. 

    Mechanics

    Unlike Warframes and Archwings SCRAPs are not based on single models instead it is made on various parts.  Head \ Body \ Legs \ Arms \ Backpack \ Shoulders \ Wings \ Generator

    In other words, the parts represent the mod slots. It is crafted in the same way meele weapons are crafted in Cetus. Except Steel Meridian handles the construction, at their new Orbital Foundry. 

     

    Head slot -> Focuses on Crit Chance \ Crit Damage \ ability strength

    Body Focuses on -> Health \ Armor \ Shielding 

    Legs -> Focuses on Mobility \ Armor

    Arms -> Shielding \ Ability Strength

    Backpack -> Ability Types  + Damage Ability Or Support Ability Type

    Shoulders -> Ability Types  + Damage Ability Type

    Wings -> Type of Mobility + Movement Ability Type

    Generator -> Ultimate Ability Type

     

    Which means you collect the parts, build a SCRAP and you can even pick the abilities the SCRAP has and the stats of the scrap. Giving extreme control.

     

    Gameplay Mechanics

    Unlike Archwing - which is just massive open maps which were not that fun. It should be changed to Massive Installations and ships.

    For example the map is fighting ontop of the hull of a Battleship.  Various massive cannons, small turrets to shoot the player. Normal Archwing style enemies floating around. 

    Multiple Large Asteroid bases in space. Where you automatically orient your self as you get near the landing area. So you go around fighting and disabling Massive shield generators to give you access to the primary facility. 

    Etc.

     

    Essentially you have huge potential of not only customization but entirely new gameplay mechanics. While using the foundation of existing systems.  

  6. My main issue with Revenant is his 1st and 3rd ability.

    While Thralls sounds like a great idea they tend to die quickly. Either my your team or the enemies team. They really don't prove any value for the ability currently. I think making Reventant be more like Alaric in Starcraft 2 - Co-op commander 

    Basically he has skills similar to Reventant in that he uses "Acolytes" to essentially power him.

    When he takes damage his acolyte kills him self to heal Alarak.  Which I think would be far more useful use of thralls. You create thralls to essentially keep you alive. Anytime you take damage they instnatly die to heal you.

     

    I would change Reap ( 3rd ability ) 

    To make it more fitting its name. When he dashes he creates a "zone" of ghost hands that come from the ground. that sucks the souls of enemies that walk on it. This "Empowers" revenants damage, getting a damage boost of 3% per enemy that is caught in his hands. If a thrall walks over his Reap the damage boost is 10%. Maximum of upto 300%

    Damage stacks last for 7s from the last kill not affected by duration mods. 

     

  7. While many abilities in the game have a windup animation before casting, in Titania's case they are so long that it is suicidal. More importantly so because of small CC they are.

    Take Titania's first ability Spellbind - it has an extremely tiny AoE attack - while extremely powerful against te few enemies it captures by completely disabling them for a prolonged period of time. You end up dead on casting because warframe is not a game about fighting only 3 enemies. It is a game about fighting 20 vs 1. 

    You spend 2 seconds in a wind up animation unable to move or protect your self just to disable 3 enemies is pretty pointless when you have 17 more shooting at you at the same time. 

    Honestly using Titanias first 3 abilities in a solo setting is suicidal in any level 40+ mission.

    Try to use Titanias abilities in MOT Void and see what happens. 99.2% of the time you will die instantly.

     

    Solution:

    Make Spell bind an instant cast which spawns a large circle on the ground. Enemies caught in that circle or walk into that circle instantly lose access to gravity and start floating.

    Have Lantern act like an AoE CC explosion that 'infests" one enemies with Butterfly larva and when you kill it butterflies erupt and  attack nearby enemies ( similar to Saryns pustule ) giving priority to floating enemies first and doing double damage against them with a 5% chance to infest them and 40% chance to cause panic ( same as being on fire ) when attacked by the Razorwings. 

    This will make Titania have more survivability 

  8. There is a part of the corpus neptune tileset ( excavation if it matters ) where there is a part ship. On occasion, the only entrance is this tiny hole.  That ou need to jump from the bottom to up here. This is extremely annoying to do. 

    There is a 2nd sentence but the problem is the tileset is made in such a way the 2nd entrance is about 500+ meters through a winding canyon. And unless you know in advance you need to come up this path the Waypoint markers will tell you to travel through the canyon through this tiny hole instead. 

    Jumping through this hole from below requires an extraordinary amount of patience simply because the bottom part is filled with metal debris sticking out that can easily block the path of the jump. 

    There are times where there is no "Natural staircase up" leading to the hole. As it can cause arrangement in such a way where each level is blocked by different debris. At one point in time it took my ground 4 minutes for everyone to get through the hole alone.

  9. This is something Atlas could definitely use, as he just don't have the other worthwhile abilities at all.

    Run around freezing people as if he is a Tourist taking pictures?

    Making a Stone Wall? 

     

    Honestly I would have made Atlas far more Meele Combat oriented. 

    For example instead of a "wall" He drops a Giant stone Boulder infront of him ( also acts like a wall) if he punches it instead of a useless bolder, giant rock shards fly out causing stun \ impact \ piercing damage and knockdown. 

    I would remove ore gaze completely simply because he looks absolutely silly using it. Instead would give him an AoE Aura that causes enemies around him to slowly petrify at 20% per second. When they stand still completely they are turned into a rock for 5s. 

  10. If you are Nova inside Limbos rift and fire off your orb - you can't "damage" the orb even if the orb is in the rift. Which means it is one of the only warframe abilities that functions differently when inside and outside the rift.

    Effectively making it so the only time you can use Nova's orb properly is if you are outside limbos rift. 

     

    I think it is best to classify this as a bug considering all other warframe abilities can "cross" the rift.

     

    P.S to Clarify I am not talking about trying to damage the orb when it is outside the rift and nova is inside.

    I am specifically talking about not being able to damage the orb when Both Nova and the Orb are both in the rift. 

  11. So  I got a riven challenge to kill Daygon pilots before they hit the ground. Nothing seems to be working.

    Used Mesa Peacemaker - killed Daygon then pilot - not working

    User Sniper Rifle - Killed Draygon -> used mesa to shoot body falling with peacemaker - not working.

    Used Shotgun - destroyed daygon - shot pilot while falling - not working. 

    Used Pistol - killed Daygon - used pistol to shoot pilot while falling - not working.

     

    Solution:

    Change riven challenge to Kill Daygon pilot in the air. Doesn't matter if they are in the ship or falling. As long as they are above the ground it should count. Otherwise remove the riven challenge completely as obviously, it is not working as it should. 

  12. Can confirm just happened to me, this for patch 23.7.1

    The difference for me is Host Migration happened between Round 1 to Round 2. Host left after round 1 finished. 

    If you die it locks onto this screen, Your character is actually loaded into the game and can be killed but your UI is locked so you are unable to chat, move, or even access main menu. Only way to get out is ALT F4.

    How did Revenant Prime be made if void energy is poison to Sentient (Eidolon)?

    Maybe the Eidolon element in Revenant have some kind of immunity to void power?

    Any thoughts?

    Sentients can enter the void - the problem was sentients could not "evolve" or "replicate" in the void.  Making it essentially a one way trip. Revantant did not need to replicate hence there was no issue.

    Valkyr was "remade" by Alad V using Prime parts so it was fine.

    Mesa was the 2nd Warframe experimented on by Alad V - meaning her prime also is quite viable.

    It needs a more reliable system than what it has now. Killing elite enemies need more points. It would give Warframes specialized in single target kills more leverage. Maybe have a point cap for each wave. 

    Otherwise it's a great focus farm. 

    Personally, the way I got around this was by using Saryn, she can pretty much solo upto round 8 - the only downside are inhibitors.

    I mean I get why they didn't put it in A rotation considering you may end up getting many unwanted Khora parts through it, as it is I have like 10 Grineer Sea Lab scenes. 

    They could have easily sold the BP through Cetus or Store instead of including it in the rotation. 

  16. So I have been trying to get Khora BP since she came out and I have managed to get 3+ Khora Systems and 0 blueprints.

    Seriously this is messed up -- can we please not have blueprint and systems in the same rotation? 

    It already Dilutes C rotation by having 2 items.

    Can't we just go back to the original system where Blueprint is bought in the store from credits like every other Original Warframe?

    Or make it buyable in Cetus for Reputation. 

  17. If you switch to operator mode when the animation of the floor breaking down to lephantis chamber. Your operator and warframe get stuck on an invisible floor.

    You can shoot through the floor just can't jump down.

    After lephantis is dead though, the floor "breaks" and you fall down.
