That's a problem with either your connection or your PC itself, not the launcher.

Than how is it that downloading a 2GB patch takes hours (as in, the launcher tends to be around 100Kb/s when my download speed is 20Mb/s) yet downloading a program or game on steam bigger than that takes considerably less time?

it's most likely censoring the word   s h t   cause some people would use that to try and dodge the filter

I wonder if DE realizes that there is no need for a profanity filter for loadouts since they only time anyone other than the one who made them will see them is through screenshots, videos, or twitch streaming.

  3. I hope that, along with the stat changes, kills with the hammers result in corpse launches (about on par with current hammers after putting blast damage on them) to give them more of a hammer feel (who doesn't like playing baseball using mooks)

Please, no more leave options without giving me the option to leave too!

Having the host "stealth" leave in PoE, Onslaught, etc. can be nightmarish. I actually modify how I play based on what the host is doing. In a defense mission, I will always leave when the host chooses to leave. In survival, I'll head to the exit when the host does. I will also prioritize reviving the host when multiple players are down to avoid having them quit. I'll do bounties solo, etc.

I just love how you can be fighting in the new zone for 15 seconds in Onslaught before the host's leave timer hits zero and chaos ensues, I didn't even realize they didn't come through the portal. I've been playing a lot of MHW recently, being able to jump in and out of missions without making anyone else suffer is just wonderful. Blah, blah, servers are expensive...

Someone's bound to find holes in the "servers are expensive" argument (I don't know much about servers outside a brief unit in a computer class during my junior or senior year of high school)

    Use the mod.

People love to make threads about how some gimmick shouldn't require a mod, and it's a wasted mod slot yada yada whatever.

But the fact that you made a thread about it pretty much proves that the mod is worth the trouble.

Except, as a few people mentioned already, Host/Client connection kinda #*!%s up the mod.

It should be an essential part of the game, not an aura mod.

You can say the same thing about several of the Warframe augment mods, they should be part of the Warframe's ability set, not a syndicate mod

I know you got it already, but remember: the trick is to grind for something else on the same drop table.

The game will try to be clever and give you what you actually wanted instead of what you were supposedly grinding for.

At least, that was usually how it went for me...

except for ivara, equinox and harrow neuros...and also CO, but whatever

Yeah, I got the Harrow part without really going after it (I just ran 4 Kuva spies for Zaw leveling, 2 for the previous zaw I screwed up and 2 for the zaw I'm using right now)

I've been playing warframe for the last 6-7 months, and before that about 3 years ago. I had never heard of the nightwatch corps. Please elaborate OP. I am suddenly intrigued.

Basically Grineer special forces units armed with different weapons (similar to Tusk and Kuva units) that have so far only appeared in Tactical Alerts.

The conduit delay or failure to spawn is due to the game waiting for everyone's sessions to load up the next map tile, due to how the run is scripted.

If something goes wrong, the current script seems unable to cope with it.

It's highly likely that the game is tested on high end QA PCs that likely have very high end specifications, REALLY fast video cards, ridiculous amounts of RAM, super speedy SSDs, and a god-like super fast, low latency connection directly to DE and to one another.  You know, computers that few people even in the industrialized world could afford.  This means that they don't get to experience any of the lag, latency, network packet loss, jitter, disconnects, etc that happen in real world situations.

But where's the fun in that, right?

If the game was QA tested on a setup like that, the game probably wouldn't be as well optimized as it is.

There's a few reasons that likely won't happen.

    1. Fashion Frame.

    2. Unnecessary effort on DE's part.

    3. The frames are bio-organic. They are, to a large degree, self repairing. So minor knicks and cuts would only be visible momentarily as your health frequently bounces up and down in combat from health orbs, auras and abilities.

I mean, when you think about it in a way, all the frames have a sort of healing factor (passive, abilities, mods, or via health orbs that enemies probably don't see).

  10. Besides, a weapon that can switch elements on the fly having a high status chance would probably be pretty #*!%ing broken because of the potential damage output of Condition Overload.
