Personally, I like your both concepts, but if dedicated Snipetron fans prefer the classic look, I would leave that be.

Lanka, on the other hand, is simply superb and I bow to your MS Paint skills.

Let someone send this to DE immediately.

Yeah, Snipetron should keep it's current look (which looks like like a sniper with an older corpus aesthetic) while the Lanka gets redesigned to look more like what it probably should be (a railgun/gauss rifle with a newer corpus aesthetic)

Wait... 30% critical chance on a 2.5 multiplier hitting mobs for their respective elemental weakness is... weak?

    gosh I hate you people...

Pretty much (also, the multiplier is slightly higher at 2.6)

Nah let's not. Might as well add a KDR stat too for bragging rights. Like the Obstacle course in the dojo, people will find a way to cheese it to get the shortest timer. In your case, the highest damage number.

Hell, We (in this case, our clan) already had a fight regarding someone hitting the damage cap that resulted in two people getting banned from the discord server when things got way too personal.

meh, just serves to be a gatekeeping Stat for Public Squads that don't know what they're doing. Pubs already have nonsensical gatekeeping Stats to track, in their quest to try and compensate for their lack of knowledge of the game.
for 99% of the longer term Players, it'll just be another entry added at the maximum value. so if the Stat will be identical for almost everyone, kinda pointless.

It's why I use the safari chat for single Tridolon runs because Recruit chat expects people to have a lot of captures, Max Arcanes, Mac Void Strike, Max Unairu Wisp, and builds to do 2-4 tridolons a night (even when the guy making those requirements don't meet them or barely make it). Real question is, outside of pugs (when they actually bother to do eidolons and not just spend the night fishing), the Eidolon recruitment discord (mainly safaris when the guides are online, and clan members willing to do runs (assuming they aren't in another burnout period, how the #*!% are people supposed to meet those requirements when most of recruit chat requires them?

It has good stats now, you could roll it for even better stats with a negative like +recoil or -zoom but a better roll would take quite a bit of Kuva, i would say keep it.

It's not a particularly popular weapon so it probably wouldn't sell at a high price considering the current state and stats of Embolist, it's like a mini-Ignis with a really low range and ammo capacity.

You could keep it and figure out a niche use for it, it could work well with Saryn if you mod for Viral or pure Toxin damage to increase Miasma's damage.

Yeah, plus putting those stats in the Folren bot's price checker puts it at 30-75 plat

As I was reading the post, I started to think this was a sarcastic thread, but seems it's not.

*runs off into the Gantulyst's light ray to ress ally while standing directly inside it and getting even more damage boost*

Pretty much the reason I like to use Chroma in Tridolons. Nothing is more satisfying than face tanking everything thrown at you and 2 shotting Synovias. At this point, the only thing holding me back from doing multiple Tridolons is my sucky computer taking forever to load into the plains (orbiter is fairly manageable, Cetus is utter hell.)

  7. Of all the bosses I have fought in this game, the Hemocyte is one of the worst bosses I have ever dealt with (Besides Sortie Vay Hek), especially when the only rewards for a 4/4 run is 3K standing, Cystoliths to build trophies, and 4 random hunter mods that have been farmed to death so much that even the rare ones go for about 5 plat on the market.

At least Tridolon runs give good rewards (at least 3 Arcanes, tons Sentient cores, and about 155K standing worth of Eidolon shards for a single run. Also, Teralyst can drop 120% Impact mods, Gantulyst can drop 120% Puncture mods, and Hydrolyst can drop 120% Slash mods)

Everyone is recommending ember but ember is bad for this one. Do it with volt, get some decent speed and efficiency, pop an energy pizza when you have some downtime, and enjoy. Took me 4 days, until I determined Ember was a bad idea and went with volt, then I had it done in one try.

Focus on orbs, go back to the middle of the level once you've destroyed an orb and sprint to the next one when it appears. Easy. No parkour required, just don't fall off platforms. I also recommend the orthos prime, it's decently fast and won't get you stuck in overly long animations and has good range. You can mow down NPCs with it with quick melee with your volt when going to an orb.

Pretty sure that going by how this thread was necro'd a few times, they were talking about pre nerf Ember.

The lack of variation shows just how rushed the "fix" was. Along with the Convectrixes secondary fire change. "We want these beams to sweep back and forth" and "We want beams to focus" isn't a collision of design you miss if the second idea was intended from the start and just wasn't working properly. It's a mistake you make when you built everything around an idea and that got changed last second.

Wasn't that change made before the weekend? Seems like one of those changes they wanted to get out of the way before everyone went home for the weekend.

The only nerf is that it doesn't go through walls for no reason. Get some punch through mods on there if ya want. Honestly, the rest is a buff. It is so much better now.

A change like that is enough to get some people to say "I can't slaughter things with zero effort anymore, it's S#&$ now, bleh!" no matter how much of a buff something gets

Thanks for all the answers !

Is there any told reason for this? The Plasmor wasn't too strong when compared to other Shotguns like Tigris and Hek. They could have doubled the dmg and remove the headshot possibility. I cannot understand this nerv T.T

    Makes me so sad ....

My guess is because Harrow got a new augment that extends the duration of Covenant's buff with headshots.

  12. Seriously, no one I know of (cept for my clan leader who used to use speed holster for mesa) really uses the holster speed mods (streamlined form probably only sees use on Nezha just for more sliding, the weapon mods take up a slot that is usually reserved for a more useful mod, and Speed holster shares the same aura polarity as Corrosive Projection and Energy Siphon)
