Feel free to edit the list on the wiki if you're sure something is bugged. Anyone can edit it. The bugged scans that I'm aware about are all on that list.
Unfortunately codex bugs seem to be extremely low on the To-Do list. But having an up-to date record of all codex bugs might help for the odd chance when someone at DE decide to fix them all.

For your info, that's the bugged "Fortress Scanner". Scanning it counts as a regular corpus "Security Camera".

I've actually been thinking of comparing the wikipage, and update/organize if necessary once I feel better. A wikipage is better suited imo where everyone can update. And also readily accessible for DE support (which discord would be an extra step).

This bugreport was an attempt to bring some attention to it. But has grown more than I care about at the moment, and it was never my intention to be the gatekeeper. -

Added all Archons and Narmer enemies that are listed on warframe.com/droptables, but have no codex entree.
This excludes eximus, and for example the Narmer Lancer which has a new seperate enemy that you can scan.
Not sure what the best approach would be to check those. I want to avoid possibly listing something that isn't actually scannable. And tbh seems easier for the devs to check when/if they add all narmer enemies. I'll see if I can be bothered to start taking screenshots next hunts. But no promises. -

There are some well hidden locations that aren't in line of sight for Helios to scan. (under the floor etc). The delay of loot showing up, cause you previously picked up a voidgel orb for example, can also make it difficult trying to pinpoint where it came from.
Maybe try looking for all 8 voidplumes a few times to get familiar with the locations if you haven't already. Afaik they share similar spawn locations.
If you have a screenshot I or someone else could also maybe guide you in the right direction.
From my experience the official droptables (www.warframe.com/droptables) seem to be true so far. Where parallax parts only drop from reinforced carrypods that are scattered all over the map.

Some things to keep in mind:
- As voltage said, the part they leave behind is small
- Vacuum can make the loot beacon show in a different place than the container

Unlike other landingcraft parts. The new Parallax parts don't actually drop from these rare molted casks. They rarely drop from reinforced carrypods instead. Which do break fully, but if you used helios for a few missions you probably already scanned them completly.
The only loot that the (Ancient) molted cask drops is a forma.

Tried 4 rounds of interception, and couldn't find any railgun either.
But a normal vapos railgun moa spawned in a mobile defense mission (Jupiter - Carme), at the second console.SpoilerFrom my experience mobile defense tends to spawn a few elite enemies while defending. So maybe the vapos railgun moa can't spawn naturally and only with certain mission triggers, idk.
Personally I would just equip helios whenever I'm on jupiter, and look out for more eximus strongholds on different mission types.

Alright, couldn't find any other post about this issue, but added the Basal/Feral diploid rex.
I'll might test it later as I've been slowly progressing on a test account when I'm bored enough. But helios needs 10 fieldron to build so probably not anytime soon. -

It has been a long time, but I vaguely recall waiting for helios to finish scanning those as they died rather quickly after splitting up. Could it be that helios maybe only had time to try scanning the combined form before they split up in feral & basal diploid?

I think they already existed before though, helios only scanned 1 nightwatch powerclaw eximus and the rest where already green. (scanning more did not contribute towards the normal nightwatch enemies, so they are seperate scans though)

Added. They appear to need the same amount of total scans as their normal variant.
E.g BAILIFF and DEMOLISHER BAILIFF need 3, while DEVOURER and DEMOLISHER DEVOURER need 20.
Which indeed doesn't make much sense cause as far as I remember each demolisher spawn about the same amount.
Did a short solo test on Mars to make sure. And as demolishers I got: 5 Bailiff, 5 devourers, 4 heavy gunners and 4 Expired -

Afaik all new codex entrees are scannable, but I haven't bothered looking for the kuva eximus yet. (I'll probably wait for a sortie stronghold anyway, since we have to redo the bailiff eximus)
Just a headsup: the new rare containers, (ancient) molted cask, disappear when you break them. So scan first. -
Bug:
Going back in the elevator that is marked with the green extraction icon, did not let us extract from the Void Cascade bounty.
We tried going inside the elevator with 4 players after we did 33 cascade rounds. Which did nothing.
Then let the enemies capture the cascade so the objective would fail. And the extraction icon appeared. Once again tried leaving without success.
Host left, but after a host migration I could still not leave. Eventually tried the abort mission button, but the rewards are lostVideo:

I haven't checked it myself. I'm not really interested in those missing scans and also busy atm, so not planning to replay quests anytime soon. I saw your post on reddit. I think it's better to make a seperate bugreport for that. Since it wouldn't make much sense to add this placeholder boss to the codex. But they would rather have to fix the host migration from spawning it.

Codex no longer lists transmutable mods as source
in UI

Currently there is no way to know if a mod is transmutable in-game or on warframe.com/droptables. Players have to rely on third-party websites.
An old screenshot I found shows it used to list correctly as source:
