    It seems okay to me.  And I've seen plenty of videos of other people testing +/- flight speed on Lanka.  If it's challenging to hit eidolon weakpoints, you might want to try using Buzlok; that's what I use sometimes.  My riven has +MS, +CD, and also +130% Flight Speed, so my beacon locks onto a weak-point really easily and then I can just aim anywhere I want to and still destroy the limbs.

    Looking for very specific, bad riven

    Addendum: alternatives would be a riven for Kulstar, or crit chance and negative crit damage.

    Negative damage doesn't heal enemies; that's a myth.  So negative damage probably wouldn't heal you either.

    Edit: YesSirICanBoogie is right; see next comment.  Also, while it's not a zaw, you could get a Shaku riven with up to -133.3% Impact Damage and do some experiments without Exodia Contagion.
