I often find that they reply pretty quickly to my problems. like if I mistakenly buy something off the market.
Sometimes there are issues that cannot be resolved. if you bought something off the market and used it or leveled it. That item cannot be removed from your account.
also, don't write in paragraphs. try to make your ticket as clean short and easy to understand if you want it resolved quicker. good luck!

DE needs to make money to stay in business. I bought the starter pack on Steam and extra plat. No money, no game. Bad game, no money. This part of the game sticks out like a sore thumb so badly that and I'm reconsidering my continued support. It might not matter to you. This is not aimed at any of you replying, but I'm glad you do since it might bring it to the attention of the staff finally.
I've bought a lot of prime accessories but you don't see me complaining.

You quit because off the costumes? not because of the fact that 90% of end game gameplay is locked behind a paywall? or because the community is extremely toxic? or because eso plus keeps raising on price making it more pricy to farm the end game items you need for people to even accept you into their party?

And I had a dream that I was part of a nun-biker gang riding into disney world with the sisters. Then, on the highway a forest fire started for whatever reason and the fire department flew in on a helicopter carrying a kraken and dropped it on some of the burning trees.

DE says they want to make sythes into heavy weapons but imo that doesn’t feel right because you wouldn’t swing a scythe like a great sword. Just look at sister fried from dark souls 3.

Poor zephyr. Old bird still needs some work done. It’s sad they haven’t been focusing on her deluxe skin too but seeing how far it’s come it should be after wukong. I wanna see a new concept for her deluxe, one that’s more updated. The one that she’s been given kinda looks like an MLP character with aids.

I agree with the op. I want dual great swords. It shouldn’t even be that hard to achieve! There’s still space between your hands and the ground to make normal dual blades longer and slower.
also a chainsaw.

Today DE ran a script that gave Nekros Prime to some players.
Support has responded to numerous tickets stating there is nothing they can do about this situation. Many posters have shared their tickets further back in the 55 pages of this thread.
Some playwrs didn't qualify for the script that went out today and are upset that while they did link and watch, they still won't get the two free TennoCon rewards.

That looks like a nasty texture glitch and that skin needs to be covering less of his body.

those are prime bits which aren't part of normal rhinos base model. that skin was made for rhinos base model so it won't cover prime parts.
you have the option of disabling the prime bits though.

Wisp. Because being incinerated by the sun sounds like it kinda sucks. You’ll see her then poof she’ll disappear. Then she’ll teleport behind you or something. Then she’ll make you blind which is in itself terrifying. And then incinerate you with the sun before you can even say dummy thicc.
