There's very, very little people who would be offended by such things. If they are, they shouldn't really be on the internet in the first place, and they shouldn't bother support just because they got their feelings hurt, there's more important things that need to be dealt with.

Both are slurs, and both will get you chat banned (the difference is that the word "trap" by itself will not get you banned outright because unlike "tranny" its meaning is not exclusively a slur). See my above about propagating the use of slurs as being bad regardless of what community you're apart of.
If you can somehow convince a large portion of the world's population that a certain word, when used in certain contexts, is a slur, then perhaps. However the word "frame" has such a wide use as a noun describing the shell, chassis, skeleton or some other object to hold another object that even if it were accepted as a slur, it would only be accepted as a slur in specific context (like with the word "trap"). Other words, such as the n-word, are used almost (if not completely) exclusively as slurs, so much so that the first listed definition for the word in most if not every published dictionary describes it as derogatory.
The thing is, that "joke" isn't supposed to be harmful at all towards anybody in the first place. I don't see anybody getting offended when people make jokes about traps. If people feel offended by something, they can just ignore it, there's no reason to censor everyone because of it. Jokes are fine as long as they aren't supposed to be harmful.

I understand about kicking people for using slurs like the N word, but there's no reason to do so for words that aren't bad or anything. Words like "trap" and "gay" are normal words that aren't harmful at all, there's absolutely no reason to get offended because of them unless they're used incorrectly, there's no reason to kick people because they use words that aren't even harmful in the same place. Besides, people should be allowed to make jokes as long as they don't go too far, there's no reason to be offended because of it. The problem is, people are being kicked because mods are scared of others having their feelings harmed or something. I really doubt that anybody would be pissed off because of such small jokes, there's just no point in taking such things seriously. I just doubt anyone would be "offended" because of small jokes that aren't even supposed to be harmful. I mean, honestly, if they are, they shouldn't be on the internet in the first place. Besides, this is a third person shooter, why would people get pissed off because of words when you're going around killing people in-game?

I honestly wish the devs would tell us how the quest is going or how close it is to being done. Not even an exact release date. They're just being too silent about it and not letting people know about how the quest is going.

They should release Umbra before the new UI. I'd rather have a new quest than prettier menus.

I would rather have the update now then hotfixes later than have another delayed update. It'll be easier to find and fix bugs because there's gonna be more people playing.

Honestly, I'm pretty worried about the gamemode. I feel like it'll be Nidus all over again. Like, the Khora parts will most likely have, like, a 10% chance of dropping on rotation C, it'll be a pain to grind because of the RNG, and the other rewards won't be worth it. And no, I don't consider the new mods to be worth doing the gamemode. And when everyone gets Khora, the new gamemode will be pretty much dead. DE should make the other rewards good so there's a reason to do it.

Like, seriously, it's dumb, I got a Vulkar Wraith with a Riven that gives it 5000 damage and 100% crit chance and I only do around 2000 damage to it's weak points.
Why the hell is the damage done to it capped? It just makes the fight more annoying and longer.

That's the problem. DE isn't communicating with the community at all, they're not telling us how the update is going, how close it is, or anything.

With the addition of this update, the only thing I want now is the Lua Vignette, the Profit and Power Stencil, the Cephalon Pet Toy, the Ketu Pet Bed and the Warframe Articula. I really want to make my ship look good. Once again, happy Tennobaum.

Well, I'm gonna make this simple. If someone uses a word to offend or harm someone, feel free to kick them, since that's understandable. But there's no reason to punish people for using that word when the purpose isn't to harm someone.
