I got an update issue. My download rate is 5-6mb/s until there are about 450 mb left. Then my download rate drops to 50 - 500 bits/s which takes 340 hours as the launchers says.
I am willing to wait for a download, however 340 hours is by far to much! Blizzard, steam, Uplay, and a download test online show that I got between 6mb/s up to 13 mb/s. The only problem I got is the warframe launcher at the last few Megabytes. The support is very kind, but they can't do anything about this either. My system appears to be just fine. Deleting everything and redownloading it does not help.
Hope someone knows an answer c:

Try disabling Aggressive Download, it sometimes solves the problem for me.

You could probably get a cheap PC from ebay, you can try searching for a PC with a core i5 and 8gb of RAM and put a GTX 1050ti to still get nice performance.

Oh crap, that's really bad, worse than my Intel Core 2 Quad...
You should consider getting a newer PC. I can suggest you a cheap gaming PC for 400$, or even 200$ if you want.

I honestly doubt it, the CPU is kinda bad and you don't have a GPU.

Was doing a Void Fissure in a pub, extracted and I didn't even notice that I got 9 reactants instead of 10.
The worst part is the fact that somebody got an Aklex Prime Link and I couldn't select it because of that.

You have enough for an amazing gaming computer.
Buy an Intel i7-7700k, a Noctua NH-D14 cooler for it, a GTX 1080 Ti (buy Gigabyte, those are the best ones imo), 16 GB of RAM (I suggest Corsair Vengeance), go for a MSI Intel Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon Motherboard (that's just my opinion, but you can search on Amazon for a better one), buy an SSD (the disc space doesn't matter much on it, you should use it as a boot drive), an 1TB HDD (go for WD Blue, those are better). Also, a Corsair power supply with 750 W should be enough.
As for the gaming monitor, it's best to buy one with a 144hz refresh rate so you can enjoy your frame rate. The keyboard should be Razer BlackWidow, and you should just get a good wireless gaming mouse for a good experience.

Strun Wraith is also pretty good, even though it's underrated. I can kill a level 110 Heavy Gunner with like 3 shots with my build.

You can get Blood Rush in Moon Spy. It should not be too hard, it actually has a high drop chance in there. I suggest using that instead of Fury.
