    I see a lot of people (I'm one of them) using Artax in sorties for cold procs. If you use Condition Overload, it's an extra 60% damage on your melee weapon, plus a little free CC. It can also make finding enemies easier sometimes, lol.

    The art panel was awesome! There is some REALLY great stuff in development right now that has a lot of potential to add some great depth to the game, including new Grineer units, Sentient outposts and a squad-based Tenno ship.

     

    Oh, and it's also confirmed that we will soon be able to recolour all Vandal and Wraith weapons. They showed the tint maps.

  3. According to the info from Devstream 93, the relay will be open for TennoCon ticket holders for 72 hours. If you don't have a ticket, you won't have access.

  4. I noticed over the last few days that even after shooting Sapping Osprey pucks, they continue to deal damage. I've tested this in the Simulacrum and found that if they're shot or hit with melee before fully deploying (while they rise in the air before dropping down again), they are destroyed and damage prevented. However, once the puck has fully deployed and started dealing damage, dealing damage to it does not destroy it and it continues to deal damage until it's normal expiration timer elapses.

    2. Can capturing a target or activating life support be changed to a channelled action instead of one with a locked-in animation to avoid being killed while completely defenceless?

    3. Is there any progress on the Mag deluxe skin?

  6. I've been thinking about this for awhile and talking with clanmates about it, and I think I have a couple of simple ideas that would make playing Limbo a lot better.

    The first deals with how annoying it is to have a bunch of enemies caught in Stasis at the edge of Cataclysm. Maybe instead of stopping enemies dead in their tracks, when they encounter Stasis, they slow to a stop, perhaps over a second, maybe slightly less. This would allow enemies entering Cataclysm to make their way a little bit towards the centre before completely stopping, keeping them from the edge of the bubble.

    The second idea is to remove the shrinking effect of Cataclysm. It's just really annoying. I know, that would undo the Limbomb fix that DE introduced, tying damage amount inversely to bubble size, but I'm sure there's another way to prevent Cataclysm spamming. Maybe someone else has some ideas for that?

    Anyway, just thought I'd throw these ideas out there to relieve some of the annoyances of playing Limbo.

  7. I've been experiencing this bug all morning. When my weapon is stolen by a Drahk Master, I see the icon on the map, but I don't actually see the weapon, nor do I get the action trigger to pick it up. If I press X while looking down and standing where the icon is on the map, I will regain my weapon, but again, it's not visible while it's on the ground.

    You don't need an infinite amount of time. It's been six months! Surely if it were that important to you, you'd have been able to devote a few hours a week into grinding. Also, you can use those grinding runs to Forma weapons and frames, so there you go. If having the Hema is that important to you, spend some time running fissure missions, or grinding syndicate standing to get things to sell for platinum and buy it from the market. The point is that DE said months ago that they aren't going to change it, so if you want it, do something about it because whining isn't going to get it for you.

I was practicing the MR23 rank up test using Limbo so that I could stay in the Rift and concentrate on the objective and not worry so much about the enemies, when I was tackled and attacked by a Manic. I used no abilities at all, save for "rolling" into the Rift, so I know that I didn't accidentally Banish him. I haven't seen this in normal missions, but it's certainly worth experimenting to see if Manics in the wild can enter the Rift without being Banished.

  11. I just experienced this, trying to use Inaros to unveil a pistol riven by getting 34 kills with finishers without being affected by a status effect. I'd get several kills, then have a Powerfist or Arson Eximus effect reset the counter.

    That's still no substitute for actually giving you a preview before you buy it, other than a small thumbnail. People shouldn't have to go digging through the forums or other media sites to see what the cosmetic item that they're buying looks like, especially when nearly every other cosmetic item has a decent preview. 

  13. The lack of a preview was really disappointing. I also bought the skin and likely won't use it. I wouldn't have bought it if I was able to actually get a decent look at it before buying it. And yes, I could wait to see a YouTuber showcase it, but I shouldn't have to. Any other skin gives you a decent preview of it before you fork over your ducats/plat/money.

  14. I have three questions/suggestions:

    1) Can we have Focus added to the Arsenal?

    2) Can the action of capturing a target or activating a Life Support pod be changed to a channel instead of a locked-in action where we are defenseless?

    3) How tired are you of people asking about Umbra?

    I'm a big fan of Chroma and I think this change would be the single biggest QoL change that Chroma could get. I'd also like to see that effect added to Elemental Ward, since the bonuses of Vex Armor are added after EW's bonuses. In my opinion, either there should ve a decaying effect on the buffs from Elemental Ward and Vex Armor, or make those abilities recastable. I wouldn't even mind if there was a window added to that recast, like maybe 10-15% of the duration. The big thing, as others have stated, is having to build those buffs back up. That's when and why I die in high level missions, when I have to recast EW and VA and rebuild my buffs because my armour dropped from thousands to base and I got one-shotted by a Bombard or something while I was trying to get my abilities recast and build my buffs back up, Scorn can be especially difficult if you're under consistent fire because you'll likely have little to no shield to lose to rebuild it once VA is cast.

    I also agree that Spectral Scream really needs to have another look taken at it. In its current state, it's not very useful. I like the idea of a projectile that leaves a trail behind it, rather than the channeled breath. Or perhaps combine the two and have the channeled breath attack leave a patch on the ground that applies status effects to enemies based on the element used.

  16. Two words for making Radial Disarm "useful" against the Infested... Irradiating Disarm. Guaranteed radiation proc makes them fight each other, grouping up for wondrous 8x melee slide attacks that kill them all, and they don't know where you are to attack you if they happen to survive. You don't even need Maiming Strike for this to work, though if you do have it, this tactic is completely bonkers. Or, if you prefer fireworks, use a Tonkor, or a Zarr, or any other launcher to nuke those packs of enemies from orbit. This actually works for any faction, though it's especially effective against the Infested since they're generally fairly squishy.

    I play a fair amount of Loki. I wouldn't say that he's my most used frame, but he's definitely up there. I haven't even put any Forma on him and he murders everything with absolute prejudice. I really don't see anything that stands out as wrong with his kit. Decoy and Switch Teleport aren't abilities that I use a lot, but they're situationally useful. There are absolutely frames that need a rework, or even tweaking far more than Loki (looking at you, Oberon, Hydroid, Zephyr...).
