  1. Mentally (or verbally, up to you) the word 'when' in my post. I'm going to hold back on it for a while, most likely before it stops being free or so (maybe not even after that).

     

    I see no reason to upgrade right now so I'll save the hassle to do so when I really feel like it.

  2. Interesting. Though I'm still going to get the program and go through the regular procedures when I upgrade to Win 10 eventually just because I consider it mandatory. Thanks for the info though.

    Windows 10 dose its own thing for the first few reboots/updates. give it some room to do so or installs and drivers will error out. just as a added caviat from the nightmare that was my own installation of windows 10.

  3. The next PC Hotfix will have something to speak to this directly: with Pilfering Swarm equipped, enemies won't need to be killed by the tentacles to have an added drop chance. Simply dying on the tentacle will be enough to trigger Pilfering Swarm. However, we will also be removing Power Strength mods affecting Pilfering Swarm to balance this change.

     

    You cant be considering this change a "quality of life change" this is more or less a nerf to quell ophelia given a different name. isnt this avoiding a problem? again? i know you guys are focusing on bug-splatting U17. but seriously. even out the grind. im so burned out on this its not even funny. and please dont bring up the "we need to make money" argument. there are plenty of ways without adding layers of RNG within RNG or nerfing frames in response to scenarios. Root cause of this distraught with the hydroid changes = RNG/Grind is rampant in this game at current state adress this problem and you wont have to "balance" loot centric warframes.

So, one thing you guys need to do to get anyone to care about any changes to kubrows is to remove the cooldown on pulling them in and out of stasis. maybe even change how it works entirely like tac it on after.Example: You can pull your kubrow out a set number of times a day then they go on cooldown would be better... but the removal of the cooldown all-together would be preferred. why put a consistent stopgap on content you would want players to use? check my own info i haven't used a kubro in ages( i think i used mine for a grand total of a month or two then perma shelved them). 

     

    Why?

    Kubrows are to expensive for what you get from them.

    Kubrows die to easy in missions.

    Kubrows do less damage than a sentinel because of a mixture of how they damage things and their AI being messed up.

    Kubrows take 4 freaking hours to switch.

     

    Why would you in reality EVER want to use a kubrow? the only reason i could think of is that they are like status symbols. LOOK I HAZ A FURRY SPORTS CAR! I think i got my point across. time to go back to lurking D:

     

    Sorry if this seems ranty, but its my honest mostly unfiltered feedback.(their would be alot more swearing in true unfiltered mode.)

  5. Though i whole heartedly agree with OP. i just don't think it will ever happen...

     

    De promises improved drop tables. implements more asinine ones. i have lost hope in that their will be a truly fair system. after de made the money deal with with perfect world i just don't think they care anymore(or maybe specific parts of the development team). they have money and backing they have room to bully us. unless we as a community unitedly put our foot down nothing will change on this particular subject of RNG , Drop tables and so on.

  6. One thing that's nice about having mods/BPs drop on the ground is that it encourages people to stick closer together, and you get the chance to point out Rare's/BPs dropping to your teammates.

    Also, if you backload rewards straight to the end of the mission we (might?) see more people wandering around the map aimlessly and AFK's getting fully rewarded.

    I think it's a nice attempt at improving things, but it does run into some issues.

    What about the polor opposite effect? the speed runners on captures for example? i think it would increase those instances too. but i would perfer that to getting 10fps on a map with a mag and greedy pull.

  7. I feel a little tentative with posting feedback here(probably get trolled or ignored. but what the heck. one post then back to lurking.)

     

     

    Remove resource loot from the physical game, only keep ammo , health, energy and affinity in game to be pulled by greedy pull and carriers vacume. Tally up the resources like blueprints from bosses in the RNG table. randomize the resources given. no freaking issues with collision and loot that is a major issue. only the RNG.

     

    Just saying.

     

     

    EDIT:  i do kinda wanna add this idea wasn't proposed to solve everything. but some major issues with performance because of greedy pull were in my mind when i typed this madness up. and other issues with just getting loot in general.(i think they admited in a devstream something like 70 % of loot is lost because of collision issues?) something will probaly have to be done like cap  the energy orbs received or what not. but this is constructive feedback vs that random guys "WORST IDEA EVER HUR HUR HUR" grow up please. if you dont like my post move on.

So.... why dose de have really poor explanations for events. and can we see the overall "score" of this conflict or whatever? im really frustrated with the fact it seems like its going back and fourth then i realized its just showing the score of "that" conflict. and when do they re-set? every 4 to 8 hours? now, do you get a event weapon at the end no matter what? i dont understand this "regional conflict reward" thing.

    So yeah. im against this until more clarification comes. sorry DE but you guys have a horrible track record with implementing RNG. admit it. own it and freaking just give us what we want in the star chart and maybe more people will spend money on the game. this is why i basically quit as a money spending player and refuse to buy any more plat until RNG is lessened from the development process. Yes Grind= necessary  but Excess grind = nightmare. FREAKING COHERENTLY CLARIFY INSTEAD OF TROLLING. kthanks //endrandt :D

  13. Just because they don't post doesn't mean they aren't reading. I see this forum now have much more attention from the moderators. You should see how abandoned it was before PvP 2.0... I've been following this forum since Conclave 1.0 came out on Update 10 and only twice i've seen a staff post here, so don't expect a DE to come here and tell us they are listening. 

    Sad but true, to add to this the PVP team has a lot on their plate. i still am seeing major quality of life issues that have not been addressed like "spawn in death" really you shouldn't be able to spawn kill. the latency issue has been acknowledged but still hasn't really improved at all...exct.  don't wait here with baited breath. post what you can on feedback and move on. unfortunately this is just the way this is.
