Just give us moa parts to create a Bursa or  Ambulas themed moa,  like a moa actually armored visually. with a mounted cannon - gauss - railgun - laser instead of a freaking tophat please >.<

That could be a separate topic, I think 😃 + I've already made a point about visual aspects while stating that "I know it is TOO MUCH to ask right now" 😃

    mounted combat.

    Also "Indiana-Jones-Running-Away-From-Things" mission type.

+ a mount can have a unique set of skills, just as Archwing.

Jokes aside - that would be just a whole new area of content. Maybe DE will consider it after putting at least 1 open-area style map on at least half of the planets in starchart. But I'm sure they'll come up with something grand by that moment. Also Railjack.

Instead of adding another weapon slot on the main load out, add a special mod slot on Sentinels, Moas, Kubrows, and Kavats Similar to Exilus mod slots

That brings me to the idea of Companion Arcanes (Arcane Weapons/Abilities, perhaps). This way it can be made more impactful, because they would be harder to level up.

EDIT: Arcane Weapons for MOAs, Arcane Abilities for animals.

Your vision of it greatly simplifies the production, thank you.

my brain can't exactly wrap itself around a Kavat with a flipping mounted cannon on its back

That would be one buff Kavat, no doubt 😃

  4. And now I'll let myself to get carried away a bit (I understand the volumes of work you guys are doing at DE and the amount of far more grand ideas you have, so this may come in handy only in a case where the development team gets INSANELY bored):

Mounted-Weapon (further referred to as "Alternative Weapon/Device") slot for Kavats and Kubrows and TWO weapon slots for MOA!

That brings a necessity for 2 weapon types though - main weapon (the ones that are currently in game) and alternative weapon/device (Whiplash mine is a good example, I'd also put the above-mentioned MRL in this category). I see this "Alternative Weapon/Device" as something that has a reasonably high cooldown and either provides utility (Whiplash Mine, Anti-grav Grenade) or a high amount of damage (so could feel it up to lvl 40~50).

What effects can we use for bigger Utility apart from the ones we have? For instance: armor shred (I know we have it already) and healing.

We have CC, we have Shield, we have Hacking, and we have Healing/Shielding already (although the Healing I'm talking about is something squad-wide). The idea is to specialize them a bit: move them away from the "mod" section to a "stand-alone" devices. What to do with those mods? You're not going to like the solution, but - Ability Strength/Cooldown/Range for Companions.

Sounds like a mess already, right? To be honest - when I start voicing my ideas people start to cry out things like "Somebody! Occupy him with something, HE'S HAVING IDEAS"

A few examples of Damage-oriented weapons are MRL, Mortars, Heavy-Caliber guns, Mine-layers and, as was kindly suggested above by the @xZeromusx - Flamethrowers!

Personally - I see a companion-oriented flamethrower as both damage AND utility (a short-range, wide burst - looking at you there, Klamora - with a HIGH probability of setting enemies ablaze).

As for the others - I'll go full Mr.Torgue here, because EVERYBODY LOVES BADASS EXPLOSIONS!!!

Hell, I'd love to see my Kavat to run around with a big mortar strapped to his back (imagine the hilarious animations of a kitty when he's blown away by the recoil, fangs inch deep into the floor, ears to his head, growling angrily and all that).

Or two "bags" of mines (think Ghoul Expired here), ramming into the enemy crowd, shivering them off and being on his way.

Or you can choose to equip your kitten with something more familiar? "Hydraulic Paws" - "Enables a vicious attack that sunders armor".

I'll better stop here, because I'm about to start generating random stuff.

PS. And make the Alternatives VISUALLY VISIBLE (if your art-design team will express a desire to send me to hell - that is... understandable).

  5. I've had this in mind for quite some time, and the general idea is in the title.

    Two major options:

    1) Guided missiles - Kela, Profit-Taker alike.

    2) Artillery-like AoE - Kavats are already smart enough to mark zones and Kubrows can mark enemies. Combine those 2 and that's it. MOA chooses an enemy and launches an AoE attack, centered at the point where the enemy was standing during the marking.

    Pretty-please?

MOA-exclusive simply because of the relative size of your average Sentinel, compared to a MOA.

Grineer sealab spy vault with elevator, it's all about climbing up.

Plenty of platforms and caves in the walls there, since you're into details.

Plus it's the easiest spy mission ever, but it's an interesting puzzle to solve.

Going fast doesn't mean finishing quick

    Thanks for the enlightenment.

EDIT: let's just not flood in here, ok? It can still be a decent thread.

    I really wish it stayed

As a separate arcane - sure. (Void dash revives downed allies while restoring 25/50/75/100% of their health and granting invulnerability for 1/2/3/4 seconds).

Magus Repair is already quite powerful. And instant resurrection is already present in Vazarin tree.

Bullet up to a ledge above

Ok, that's just a fine piece right there.

@[DE]Bear can we allow (while cloaked) bullet jumps exclusively from a still position and exclusively upwards? With a really small angle, 10-15 degrees from axis or something. Would be fantastic. She does have a tiny pinch of frog in her, after all.

Ivara is also, with silenced weapons, a great frame for a lot of high end party content as well.

    Easy there, Columbus 😃

We all know she's a walking cheese, especially with the introduction of [Sharpshooter]

She can solo Spy, Exterminate, Rescue, Assassination, Kuva Flood, Capture, etc. without a SINGLE energy cookie. And if your aim is good and dodging is on point - you don't even need to cheese anymore 'cause she's the beast.

But they've stated numerous times, no matter how long ago that it's a bug and not intended...

Ok, cool - that's why some people are trying to make them reconsider the approach. Re-think the concept a little and such.

What I'm doing here is trying to offer logical reasons for the "bug" to be turned into a "feature". Also for some mockery along the way, obviously.

This is the problem I have with the "Fix" myself.

Look at this from a different perspective: "Fixed after two years" - PRIME CONFIRMED!

Also it never felt like a bug - it made sense. When I first discovered it I was like "Wait, what the..." and then I figured out that the deal is not with the jump itself but with the "friction" you get from dragging your stealthy buttocks over the floor - disrupts the cloak and all that. As for the gliding during the flight - I dunno, going too fast maybe, so wind blows the skirt up and all that? XD

Spy vaults where I need to go through lasers and decloaking now trips the alarms

Couldn't go past that - there's no vault in the whole game that REQUIRES you to bullet jump.

Your intentions are just yet your arguments are bringing the case down.

the game that's all about "going as fast as you can"

I honestly hope your girlfriend never hears this from you.

Ivara has just been fixed because she was moved from a broken UNINTENDED state to an INTENDED state

Sometimes the definition of "INTENDED" itself can be discussed and debated. Especially in this case, where this "bug" was allowing her to have better vertical mobility. It was not helpful or fast in terms of horizontal maneuvering - dodge-roll makes the job faster. Also she still has Dashwire as a vertical mobility tool, but using it instead of stand-still BJ... ok, nevermind... Bullet Jump is just an unnecessary complication.

You all need to get used to this properly fixed Ivara

the initial intent is that Parkour should break invisibility granted by Prowl.

    Let me get this right:

    Dodge-roll - not parkour.

    Wall jumping - not parkour.

    Double jump - not parkour.

Putting out a bit more force with your thighs - 10/10 Best Parkour Ever.

I feel a necessity to point out that Ivara was able to do a cloaked bullet jump ONLY form a stand-still position. So pretty much the only condition to break Prowl was to hold *crouch*+*directional key*. And it was fine.

You've made this warframe while referencing to a Tree Frog. The frog that pretty much excels at bullet jumps from stand-still position.

You want to hinder her mobility - remove wall jumping, that would make sense. Jump - cling to a wall - hold still - jump - cling again. Logical.

Tell the guy who decided it was a "bug" that he should look into the frame origins from time to time. And no - not "Ivar the Boneless" part of origins, thank you in advance.

EDIT: Ok, I'm not the smartest person. Ivar was a remarkable archer, yet was very weak physically (fragile bones, obviously), which fits with Ivara's abilities and her relatively small healthpool. Apologies.

  14. To be precise - it doesn't revive them on itself.

It just starts to heal them, thus cancelling the "bleed-out" state, since health goes above zero.

Something tells me the solution can be found within Trinity's mechanics - her "Blessing", I believe, contains some condition like "unless health is less/equal zero" or "unless bleeding out".
