Ok, so unlinking and relinking worked for me. Not only that, it seems I also got a few of the drops I never picked up from prior streams. So it was screwed up for me for some time then. I got one in game mail with everything. The umbra forma, relic packs. A few other loot. :) Hope my vouching in helps others too.

oh! That's a good idea. I had the same thing happen... Either way the devstream was fun and cozy to watch. The umbra would be super cool though since they're so hard to get.

Same issue for me too. Has been this way for weeks. I've been trying every now and then. Finally decided to google it and landed here with other people having the same issue.
