Use the nearby grineer gun turret to shoot the fins on the windmill. Once they fold in run up to it and press/hack it to drain the water.

You can only finish the quest by excavating, building and claiming from your foundry the neuroptics, chassis and systems.
If you mean the main blueprint then this isn't awarded by the quest. You need to buy it from the market for credits.

Try this it's fixed this for others.
Deactivate the quest
Put the kubrow into stasis
Activate the quest again
Recover the kubrow from stasis
Log out before stasis recovery is complete
Log in after stasis recovery is complete
Lotus should then give you the mission to recover the collar.

Buying plat from a 'friend' is real money trading as is against the tos/eula so yes very ban worthy. If you are buying plat then it needs to be from the official sources (warframe website or steam dlc).
Giveaways from youtube partners / clan events are allowed as nothing is exchanged outside the game.

This is an old steam problem, check the steam forums for solutions if you haven't already pressed download. If you have then you'll have to wait now.
Steams library forgot you had it installed, I believe it's the appmanifest file that got corrupted. Steam needs to sync after closing warframe which a force restart doesn't allow.

Did the excavator take damage.
If it had then even a full power one will take a power core. Instead of filling power it replenishes the excavator shields instead.

Her chassis isn't part of the quest. You get it by finding and completing the music room puzzle on lua.

The test as it starts is how it should be, the bug is giving you your amps waybounds when you die.
Remember this test was implemented before those came about, lots did it before those and it's easily doable without them.

Use ivara and prowl for the fish and kill. Place a stealth arrow over the mining node so that it doesn't matter that mining breaks prowl.

Are you sliding?
Slide attacks with exalted blade end with a blind.

Did you craft the relevant part?
To progress the quest you need to craft and claim each part as you get them.
If you have done this and it's still stuck then you are best raising a support ticket.

Those screenshots show you have 3 more forma blueprints not 3 built forma.
You need to finish building the forma before you can use them to build the weapons.

When using a controller on pc, the Y button is used for both increasing the number you can buy and as the add/remove from your wishlist.
As such the wishlist function becomes unusable as it just increases the number for purchasing.

Physique applies to base health only, so 18% of 550 = 99 additional.
Hence why its considered the worst aura to use.

It's a weekly reward, if it's listed as an alert then you will get your ayatan. No alert, no ayatan.
Repeating the mission won't get you anymore.

I had it drop yesterday whilst helping others, first run as well.
So you've just been unlucky.

You don't get the main blueprint from the quest.
You just need to buy it from the market for credits.

As above, amps and zaws only give mastery after gilding them.

Check your filters on the bottom right.
Make sure you haven't ticked hide maxed or whatever it's called.
Steam Controller Doesn't Work in Conclave, Wyrmius, Lunaro, Frame Fighter, Etc

Are you sure it's not how you've mapped your controller.
I use a steam controller and out of your list only wyrmius doesn't work, but I never play that.
Conclave, lunaro and frame fighter all work perfectly with my steam controller.
