I'm having the same issue aswell. I thought I was going crazy cause I know I have screen shake turned off. I'm also on PS5. Edit: Okay so I just enabled screen shake and then disabled it and I think that fixed it -

Same for me. I tried on PC and on PlayStation 5. The tranq gun is now lethal I guess. Wonder if it can one shot Heavy Corrupted Gunners too?
