They added more avionics and put them in existing enemies.

Apparently, doing that is spitting on others people's faces.

We evolved from "slap to the face" to "spit to the face" and considering the current world state, its a more engredious offense indeed.

    Please be offended.

    Im appalled.

At the moment railjack is more of a proof of concept rather than a proper game mode, with one faction and one mission type. At least the rebalancing made it enjoyable. Now they can add new things on top of it and integrate it better with the main game.

Last year after the Tennocon they even said that what we saw was the final expected state of Empyrean and it would take time to reach it. Whether they should hype it like that is a different matter.

This. Lets not forget how out of the box this was, in terms of everything involved. Im proud of them having successfully added it; remembering back to the glorious days of de steves prototyping streams.

So... chroma has a special thing that increases his credit drops and OP is mad about it. See, OP, what you're doing here is trying to optimize the fun out of your experience. Look me in the eyes and tell me; do you really need those extra credits so badly that you're willing to drag down your experience for them? And if other players who happen to enjoy playing chroma are getting a little extra due to a unique and flavorful thing that Chroma does, why does it matter to you?

That said, Chroma really needs a rework. Vex armor is his only skill that isn't garbage, but it's so obscenely broken that it makes him meta in most big fights anyway; and it doesn't even use his color gimmick!

Eclipse mirage aug buffed by nidus is more broken. With chroma involved its even more brokedified.

But, imo, thats whats great about wf. If you wanna be OP you can.

  3. It could come any time this week. Probs not tho with the protests etc.

Its a good opportunity for them to polish it extra shiny.

That and, i would actually recommend assuming last week in june. If it comes earlier, then yay surprise. If not, then you arent surprised.

Doom is a power fantasy game with optional high difficulty with engaging gameplay.

Devil may cry is a power fantasy game with optional high difficulty with engaging gameplay and have depth in the combo system.

I will not say warframe has no depth at all. But it doesnt have much optional high difficulty and engaging gameplay.

Dont use power fantasy as a excuse for bad game design.

By far those games are way less horde murder. In one day a player in wf can obliterate multiple times the number of enemies in either of those games entire campaign.

You missed the point but i smell what youre sniffin at. Heres to hoping difficulty selection in warframe adds that level of challenging gameplay many tenno want.

    *spoiler: it probably wont*

  5. It would be better to imply a later date than anticipated first and release early as a surprise then indicate an anticipated release date and then delay it.

    Just sayin.

So many people were hype in game for this week and now... theyll have to find ways to occupy themselves and cope with the disappointment. This can lead to a lack of interest in playing when it comes out, especially if they get involved in other things and that means less revenue on release.

  6. Imagine a game touted by its devs as power fantasy actually having difficulty.

This isnt and wont likely ever be "souls-like"

I doubt we will ever see the kind of reaction based combat like souls or monster hunter in warframe. But. I don't think thats ever what it was pretending to be.

This is a game where its easy enough to become over powered. If thats not your thing, either dont become over powered or maybe you're in the wrong game.

Sad but true. Trying to force your idea of enjoyment onto a game that isnt and never was designed to be that way just isnt gonna happen and makes zero sense.

If you really need to feel challenged, take your favorite weapons unmodded and see how far you can make it through the star chart, or in an endless mission, before you become ineffective.

Whats the difference between that and dmg sponges?

Its not like having harder enemies is going to mean value appropriate rewards. Nor is it going to give you cool points. Nor is it going to make the combat deeper. Ai isnt changing.

Get over it, be creative and create your own challenge, or move on and only come back for new stuff that really interests you or when you need a break from more complex combat in other games.

I can just imagine someone being a big enough troll to put all the balls from the Summer Event into their railjack then low and behold the Grineer or whoever show up to a floating ball pit in space . . .

that would be amazing. imagine them running around kicking beach balls to and fro.

the paranoia though of blocking off areas is only possible with starred ayatans. outside of that... the only real issue would be blocking your view by covering the windows... but in that case you can just put the player on ignore and chances are you wont run into them again any time soon anyhow.

(I did some shenaniganry to do this and it disappeared soon as I went on a railjack mission, and did not reappear once I finished it and went back to the railjack from my orbiter.  I don't know if it's permanently lost or if it's just in the abyss and needs my orbiter decorations reset to get it back, which I didn't want to do.  Basically, don't do this with something you'd care about losing)

In all seriousness, it could be interesting if we were able to properly decorate our railjacks.  In some of the quests, we get put into a duplicate version of our orbiter minus all of it's decorations.  They could potentially do this for the railjack - decorate the non-mission one, while the mission one stays empty, which would avoid the issue of having massive loadtimes due to insane amounts of decorations during a mission/free roam.

the decoration is still there. you can remove it and get it back. its just invisible till you select and re-set it. the only thing that retains visibility that ive tried so far, is the note beacon.

floofs, mineral deposits, articula, noggles, glyphs... they all turn invis.

I honestly expected this to be in the original Railjack Introduction.
Then I realized, that everyone would just barricade the walls, so enemies would get stuck in killboxes.
Would still be cool, though, but the decoration would have to
    1) not interfere with performance
    2) be intangible, so everything could get through them, including becoming invisible, when enemies stand in/behind them.

Of course, another question alltogether is, why Tenno don`t invest in defense systems INSIDE the Railjack, after getting boarded a hundred times.
Yeah, come into my Railjack, dear enemies. Ups! Looks like my automated turrets killed you all. Who would have thought?

the only way one could do this, is with starred ayatans. because, as far as i can determine, the starred ayatans are the only decoration with a physical presence now.

  10. Smart environments.

Allow enemies to lock us in or out of certain areas that then become volitile. Too hot, too cold, no oxygen, toxic gas. Cant cc the map. This would be a meta ai thing and not enemy specific. Outside of special shields and grinees blunts (smote weeb everyday) and eximus weakpoints we never got save for bursas and glass enemies in nw, not sure what they could do.

Anything that isn’t done in the trade window is bannable. Expensive things like the Hema are the main target.

I do understand what you mean. But I think it is best to just let people fund their own clans. You can donate platinum to assist with the build though - it lets them rush stuff, or buy decorations. But you have to trust that the person you give it to will use it for this.

I dont believe buying resources from players is bannable. But agreements between players will not be enforced by de.

Ive paid players to join alliance or clan to donate floofs i didnt want to hunt down. If it was bad, we wouldnt be able to donate resources across the alliance or to the vault in general.

Sorry but no... your dojo, your cost....

My clan or my own dojo... my cost....

    It's that simple imo.

You can already donate across an alliance. Helping others out isnt an issue imo, but the option would cause issues with accidental donations.

Wf has a pretty nice community and i could see it being used positively but i dunno about adding another route for more support tickets.
